I was screaming inside my head "put it on top, in place of the heater above" because of the cooling vents, so it could have better airflow.

Build a tiny pc inside of a normal size pc. Like have a tiny tower inside of a normal pc, so you can play on two pc's at once OBVIOUSLY

Why didn't you just replace the heater blower with the AMD? Would have still kicked out heat and looked like a fireplace..

I have found it actually DOES. But, thermal paste is too expensive to make it worthwhile doing this long term.
I should clarify this is using an induction cooktop, not gas.

What if you boot a pc without cpu's fan (the metal between cpu and the fan)
Will it burn
If you mean the heatsink fan, then it depends on the CPU because some heatsinks don't have fans (the i3 2120 for example doesn't need a fan). The actual heatsink however is needed, or else the CPU will turn itself off after idling at 100 degrees
