    Hi Minjae, perhaps you can enlighten me. I'm not clear on one point. What is the difference between the KiHae point and the Dahn Jon?

      Hello,
      It is a really good question. Sometimes they are used interchangeably, however, KiHae (Qihai, Ren - 6) is an acupressure point and DahnJon is the qi focus flow center. KiHae is located roughly 2 - 3 inches below the belly button. There are three DahnJons. The lower DahnJon is located at the crossing of the horizontal line behind the KiHae acupoint and vertical line above the perineum. I hope it helps.

      @@KWellnessTV My favorite word in the Korean language is " Ayshiwonhada". Hurts a little, but it feels good. ( Not sure if the spelling).
