There is a ride height raise switch between the two screens. Didn't the CL550 lose the gas guzzler tax after upgrading to the 4.6 engine? The CL600 still has it.
I probably know why the car felt weird, look at the car at 7:54, do you notice how high the ride is? With these upper class mercedes you can adjust the ride height and I'm pretty sure it was in a raised position instead of a normal ride height. The car probably drove a bit funky being higher up and than normal.
great argument , bugatti veyron yes , ill give this one to you , although it finishes its tank in 8 minutes at full throttle , and it has 16 cylenders and its emissions are so high that your not even allowed to drive it her in canada , ill still say that its more sophisticated than the benz , , specially the super sport black carbon edition , very good point you made my friend , by the way for the throttle response in the benz , put it in sport mode and the lag is gone , ive driven it , peace.
its beautiful but not worth financing, this is a car that is leased because its only valuable with a warranty. That's why u see them cost $100,000 + brand new and then a year or 2 later its like $50-60,000 lol but I do like the body style and power it has.

Dese Kraator yes. I have a 2007 S550 (sedan version of this) and it has a button on the dash that lets you raise the airmatic suspension. Raises it about an inch to an inch and a half a noticeable difference.
That only applies to Japanese cars with extremely straightforward option packages. Fully specced or not fully specced. German cars are tailored with over a hundred factory options to choose from. Buy used and good luck getting exactly what you want.

What this guy doesn't realize is that 96% of luxury car owners came from a Kia, Daewoo, Honda, Toyota and Ford. Those were all of my cars and today I have a 2010 Mercedes E350 Coupe. I said that to say; the features that he thinks are eh, oohh, humm, well, we didn't have yesterday. I'm thankful that I have a little bit of peace of mind. I remember driving in traffic, and today I get a warning of traffic 5 miles ahead. It's the smalls things that help in a big way.
I would rather have this car without the Turbos, the lag really messes a car like this up. Even though it would be a little less powerfull at least it would be much smother
I have SEVERAL problems with the way that parallel parking thing works. For one, if I drove a Mercedes I would NEVER turn the wheel while the car was stationary. Those are some nice tires to be fucking up. And for another, the tutorial thingie appears in front of you, I don't know about you but when I back up I like to be looking out you know, the back window.

who cares about the engine. The guy buying this car is not the same guy as a buyer of a corvette zr1. You care about engine, horsepower, 0-6 speeds and torque, you're a corvette zr1 or nissan gtr guy. If you care about having high class, beautiful style and showing you have lots of money you go with the cl550.
I'll tell you something. I've had the privilege to drive many expensive motors, and let me tell you, they are just not as special as they appear. I drove a brand new S class with a terrible rattle from the left rear door and a Porsche Cayenne with squeaky plastics. Same goes for Infiniti and Lexus with their terrible plastic center consoles and so on. Once you get to experience these cars, you realise they are really just tin and rubber.Great feats of engineering, but not something mind blowing.
Lexus center console had my elbow red and sore after driving 470 miles.On my return trip I had to purchase a towel to cover arm rest because my elbow was in pain!
