RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
ALL TARGETS SHOT AT 50 YARDS
Challenge to run July 1 - September 30, 2024
Max points 100
Only 2 sighter shots allowed, 1 shot per target - 1 point per target
We are making the scoring easy on this one.
Scoring is exactly as seen on the target. To receive a point value of 5 the shot must be totally inside the Blue Star Center. For those shots that break two rings higher score counts.

Yeah me too, love that 10/22. Looks really sharp. I was going to do this challenge but the winds at our range have been silly fierce lately. We'll see if I can find a day to get out there. Watching you guys has really got me excited to try it. The vast majority of my 22 shooting is pistol/target stuff. This stuff you guys do ain't easy......but you guys make it look like it is. Cheers from the Chicago area....well, 70 miles outside the city limits anyway.
Ya it definitely isn’t easy but do try it it’s a lot of fun
Keep testing the different ammo. Mine likes specific types and just hates others. I think I've found that it really likes the Eley Match about the best. I remember shooting some Lapua X-Act that did well in it too. So far I haven't really found the best SK ammo for it yet.

Thanks for putting this up. Oddly enough my 10/22 just seems to love CCI SV. You really have to like a gun the loves cheap ammo.
Oh definitely that’s the dream set up!!! My 457 likes sk standard + and I’m okay with that
Cci sv would be better but I’m ok with that it could definitely be worse like

I've tried Standard Plus, Rifle Match, and Pistol Match in semi-autos.
Standard being the favorite, Pistol being a close second, Rifle coming in 3rd.
And standard is the least expensive

This was the first time shooting this it’s brand new. Picked it up today! Now to find what it likes
For what you are shooting pretty good. I built one on a stainless Volquartsen action with a Kidd barrel. Absolute tack driver.
That’s what I need lol I’m really not impressed with my new rifle

If I can get that in 🇨🇦 Canada? Not sure about what is obtainable here as far as 10/22’s? I’m brand new to the 10/22 game. I have a light weight hunter but it’s so bad I don’t even shoot it
@@BROTUNEDDlask sells Kidd barrels. They're low on stock but they still have a couple.
Then you have not shot a really good Semi-Auto.KIDD Barrel would probably Cure the not hitting where you aim.
His bolt guns don't hit exactly where he's aiming every time either. ha ha..
Have you tried torque tuning the action bolt to see if that makes a difference?

@@BROTUNED I've seen some pretty compelling stuff on RUclips about it. The only other thing i saw was getting a chassis with a rear clamp on it.
Is the Ruger LTV available in Canada?

@@BROTUNED the barrels on LTV‘s both chrome Molly, and stainless are very good, the LTV dominates ABRA factory class rifle matches
