I’m still not fully sure what fraud means. if they are fraudulent and therefore not that good then who is. And if we mean that everyone is fraudulent to some degree isn’t it all relative and thus it’s just better to weight it towards the bottom and say people are better than others and not worse than some perfect ideal. I don’t know, I’m definitely overthinking this. Still a more full definition would be nice. Edit: I’m also taking it far to seriously
It's based on how fraudulent they are based of fan/caster perception. If you're higher it means people overrated or/and overhype the said person, lower in the list are that the fans/casters are more accurate in their assessment of the said player. Not based off of how good/bad they actually are. For example: If someone says a player is the goat who has no help, but they might not even be the best player at their position currently= wolf of wallstreet fraud (We know who I'm talking about). But they still may be top 2/3 at the role. People say Sheento is one of the best mid players, and is, but he might also be 2/3 of the role the same way, and is ranked not fraud. Same level of play, different fraudulent level.
I think also hes trying to account for people who just get a free spot in the SPL. like for example if Barra or PBM and zap want a spot in the SPL they are so highly rated in SPL caster/fans minds they dont have to be very good. Where as the people in the "No Help" tier are not that over hyped in the community they just carry their team in some way
Also Twig was totally wrong. I feel like hes rated pretty highly in the casters opinons. I cant speak for the community i guess. but hes always been top 3 jungler in my book. WHats he mean noone thinks i am good
