You need to be extremely wealthy to donate 3k to a charity? No. You don't. Especially not in California. I sure hope you spend more than 1-2% of your income on charity. Instead of dumb shit like IPhones. People are so self centered.

Lifetime membership (100K donation to the foundation which supports widows of fallen chp officers), will get you a black with platinum lettering plate frame which tells them who you are and what you’ve spent. Each level is basically the same except the top one which has a black frame.
