If you've seen this after watching She Hulk you realize it was kinda of a low blow for Jennifer to say she controls her anger more then Bruce, keep in mind their cousins so she definitely knows about his father's abuse
In the comics she was a lot more understanding and as a lawyer she used her position to get Bruce off of trouble many times because he can't really control the hulk
No, she doesn't because the MCU never gave its Hulk this backstory. And judging by the deleted scene in Thor Ragnajoke, the MCU was never going with the Bill Mantlo origin for the Hulk. He was actually on good terms with his dad and sad he had passed. So not a low blow.
Yeah because she had it so much harder then Bruce, yeah Bruce almost died, got shot into space for years, has been abused when he was younger, but she- hulk gets cat called and Bruce has nothing on that😂
@@bk3likesfood69to be fair the comics aren’t exactly canon to the cinematic universe. However I’d still say Bruce had it worse since in avengers 1 Bruce literally spoke of how it’s impossible to kill himself because of the hulk and how he had tried.

Yeah, WWH Hulk after PH has been lobotomized to be a lame subplot in an awful Thor movie and with Hulk already on earth and not having any real reason to fight any of the heroes is def what we need in this slate of awful MCU movies no one asked for.
I've seen 2 episodes of Death Battle in witch the Hulk fought another OP hothead from a different franchise, and in both of them, this sad part of Bruce Banner becoming the incredible Hulk was explained in great detail. To be honest, though, I don't blame Bruce for being traumatized by witnessing his mom's death at the hands of his deadbeat dad.
If Bruce hadn't been abused and traumatized as a child, would the gamma rays have given him the Hulk's body without changing his personality? Or maybe the child abuse created the Grey Hulk's personality, so the gamma rays might still have created the mindless Green Hulk without giving the otherwise non-existent Gray Hulk a body.
Not exactly. He would only been dormant personality. His Hulk personality would only be locked deep away in his mind. For example in comics. She Hulk who didn't suffer from trauma. Actually had her own Savage Hulk and Grey Hulk alter egos. It depends how traumatic person experiences. Which result wether if core personality or thier alter ego that is in steering the body when transformed.
Considering other gamma mutations don't have as extreme a personality divergence as Bruce does I think this is very likely. I mean look at She Hulk, A-Bomb, Red Hulk or Red She Hulk or Abomination. In more cases than not they retain their original personalities no problem. but Hulk is far stronger because of his mental traumas
What Hulk needs is a REAL MOVIE because the ones they did release about the Hulk weren't even a fraction as good as they should've been just saying... There's so much depth to Banner and The Hulk in general... I really need/want to see justice brought to The Hulk that he deserves
The hulk deserves more substance and back story from Bruce being a kid we need to see the pain and rage that we love hopefully we get a film exploring in more depth
No it wasn't. That was his genetic alteration reacting to actual physical trauma and the psychology of Bruce internalised what he saw happen to his mother which later became a sub conscious trigger to Hulk out. There was no imaginary friend that later became Hulk.
@@crypticcavern4109 Yes but not the Hulk personality. Read into context. The film made his transformation a genetic trait that was later triggered through repressed memories and placed emphasis on his Hulk outs being psychological. Makes Captain America more valuable as a character. He's literally the only one raised in a stable household with good values and has a humble manner and a moral ethos. Why does everyone have to have an extreme childhood trauma with an extreme reaction to it? Can't your dad just leave because of a simple divorce and you just get angry without something weird happening? Then get kinda bitter but still functional enough to get a successful career and friendships afterwards? Even billionaires have to have both parents get killed?
