In this clip, Michael Franzese listed off a few of the mobster films that he felt were either inaccurate or really captured the life in a real way. He pointed to Goodfellas as one such film as well as the HBO film Gotti which he believes is the best overall. Michael Franzese spoke about the backlash he has received from being open about his time in the mafia and offered his opinion on Tekashi 6ix9ine's case and the role of snitching in criminal activity. This man is talking about the biggest mob bosses in the world and you're talking to him about tekashi 69 smh smh smh
He's TALKING?....OUT HERE.. With NO witness protection program?... What does that tell you?... Tells me that lurking beneath his down-to-earth-normal-bloke persona is a slimy greasy egomaniac focused on nothing but self-preservation, fame, and attention ?... We humans, we're so easy to condition ... We trust people on their looks, NOT on their words... if Michael was a little bald fat bloke with a jowly face, we'd be calling him a dirty Rat
The American mafia had international ties, but it is far from one of the biggest global criminal enterprises. The work of cartels makes the pettiness of American organized crime laughable.

This man was caporegime and he’s kind enough to do your interview and you’re asking him about a tattooed face rapper with multi colored hair.. you brought it up twice to him. Have some respect.
Vlad acts obsessed with Tekashi. I'm sick of hearing him bring it up to people who have nothing to do with it.
Well they both snitched

Liam nesson would be a perfect actor for a movie on him playing his role. The face , the voice and the attitude quite similar.
The problem is making Liam Neeson look Italian lol he looks Irish through and through
Ausaf Arslan as an Italian and actor I could see that. Good eye bro didn’t even think of that
Sean Duggin this proves you don’t know much. Italy is split into north and south, the majority of genetics in the south comes from greece, Spain, Cyprus. The north has genetics from the more Nordic countries, being an Italian from Milano I receive a lot of comments saying I don’t look italian. I went to school in Milano with red heads and people who has 0 Italian features.
Nicolo Bramante :)
Sean Duggin To look like an Italian, is what Liam nesson is capable off in my opinion. That’s the real job of a professional actor and thats the only reason a good actor is recognized all around the world. What you say is that ‘terminator’ role should be performed by a real machine?? Lol.

I love Michael Franzese, he's a real dude. He ain't snitch, he sat down and did his time like a man, from all the mob documentaries and interviews I've seen they don't make them like that anymore. Also he's intelligent and he's super down to Earth. He's not with the machismo and selling wolf tickets. He isn't bad mouthing anyone nor is he dry snitching.
What's Michael Frazeze talking about Sammy The bull killed 19 how many he had killed to become a made man in one year.
What sort of deal did Franzese make with the government?
Buster Biloxi it was just some yes and no questions. But he never got anyone locked up
@@joyride5006 How do you know? It's in Franzese's interest to say "I didn't tell 'em nuthin'".
Buster Biloxi His paperwork is out there in the public. Do some research and you’ll find it. He didn’t get anyone locked up. He just admitted that he was in the gas station scandal but never got anyone locked up
This guy is so authentic and genuine, I've watched so many different interviews with him because I love his stories and insight, and he gets asked the same questions over and over and always gives them the same exact response without leaving out any detail so that whoever is watching and hasn't seen the other interviews gets the exact same level of understanding every time. Great speaker, makes sense seeing as that's what he does for a living now.

"You wanna do a crime do it alone". Amen Michael, true statement there's no honor amongst thief's..
The striking thing that gets me about these individuals is how articulate the are, obviously intelligent and could’ve been whatever they wanted to be but chose a life we all were warned about. The average kid coming from a good household is raised and disciplined to have “filters” against that which that harms you in the long run. Crime doesn’t pay and never will and the peripheral damage that happens is never exposed or talked about. But it’s there both in victim and immediate families. If you don’t see that then I pity not you as much as those that are touched by the life that harms.
Thanks you Michael I love listening to your stories
Talking about that 69 weirdo to M.F is almost an insult to Michael. You have this man infront of you with a beautiful opportunity to ask real questions and youre talking about Tekashi?

Sammy possibly killed up to 40 people or more.. 19 is just the ones he admitted to.
@Goldberg Brian Gaspipe Casso told the feds Gravano had way more hits then 19 and a P.I. I believe had him committing over 40
It was probably more then 40 they were at war for a long time before he killed Big John castellone and became the boss and after because back in Sicily they didn't like what he did to Big John but they couldn't send anyone and anyone who opposed Gotti Sammy took care of them, and that was a lot of people, 19 was just what the feds had a idea he did from informants, and he just said sure I wacked them.
House of Savoy and now he’s out and he only told because Gotti was gonna flip on him
@Danny N casso also told the feds sammy was a drug dealer too, which was proven true much later.

I b same lol
FosterMinotaur2 except the writers of the Sopranos were inspired by Frank Costello, a real mob boss, who seen a psychiatrist.
Also, in the sopranos, Tony tried keeping it a secret because he knew he would be wacked had anyone found out. When the mob found out, a hit was placed on him and his psychiatrist had to go into hiding. Tony then had to kill off the entire opposing crew and take power with his loyalists.
CauseItsReal right! And the show takes place in a much later part of the mob’s history. He was just barely able to get away with it, over time
John Lydon yeah, back in the old days. But the Sopranos is based on a time of transition in the mob. The softening almost hipster era. Which is why Tony nearly got clipped, but was able to barely survive at least for a time.
And In this interview he’s trying to say the sopranos isn’t realistic because of the psychiatrist angle. I wonder if he ever actually seen the show..
I mean today the mob hardly kills anyone anymore. Look at Franzese , he’s still alive and breathing, but had he tried this in the 1970’s for example, he too would’ve ended up in the back of the trunk.
