    1. Having an attention, genuine curiosity and reducing the execution gap
    2. Supplement learning with a project at the same time
    3. If something links to your survival you are going to remember it more
    4. First build then start Learning
    5. You are a project (i.e. you must develop yourself holistically)
    6. 6 steps to retain everything that you learn:- (set and intention, schedule a creativity block (get into a Default Mode Network ), create a note taking system, teach what you know)
    7. Projectise yourself before projectising yourself

They just keep popping in, and i’m like bro. It’s like a muscle or something. You get in the habit of writing or talking your thoughts out, and then you start to realize when you have good ideas 💡.

This is so helpful!! I remember when a year back I had this drive to study 14h a day and it felt effortless tbh because I had slowly tapered up from like 1h. Now I'm on antidepressants (for wildly different reasons) and the worst side effect is this horrible inability to focus. My attention span has been reduced so much and I'm working everyday to taper it up more and more, just like a brain 🧠 workout. I agree with the 1 person business thing..... You find a shortcut, build a bridge and take commission everytime someone crosses that bridge.

    • @landonwalthew7003
      @landonwalthew7003 Год назад

I’m begging you man please don’t let those antidepressants get near your body ever again. All of your countless hours of progress, all of the battles you’ve fought with your mind, the sacrifices you’ve made in the name of philosophical evolution will be in vain. Your most precious achievements in life will slowly be stripped from your character. You will be rendered cognitively Blind, Oblivious to the erosion of your ability to use logic & critical thinking. I believe Depression is a seed planted in our minds as children designed to be nurtured by the narratives of the weak minded. Your mind happens to be unique in its ability to absorb emotional energy , don’t let your mind be seduced by the fictional frameworks put in place by modern society. You will inevitably be dragged down to the dangerous levels of insecurity that have seemingly consumed the minds of our new generation.
      -
To the Young 16 - 25yo men out there that see this message, I encourage you to rise above the weak men surrounding you. Be the voice of Resistance that our fallen brothers so desperately need. There is still time for our soldiers in the shadows to emerge. Understand that we are a dying breed! Men the time has come to make your choice: Will you Fight? Or Will you Fall?
      💊RED PILL OR BLUE 💊
      The choice is yours…🫴

Yoooo, I'm exactly like this. I cant learn anything well if theres no immediate intention that requires the information in front of me. Like, even needing genuine curiosity to learn something is a big one for me. I'm 23 and still don't have my drivers license because the interest was never there but with powerlifting and music production, I soak shit up on the daily. I know there's opportunities to be had with driving but my mind just brushes them off most of the time and it's really annoying.

I remember when I tried to make my first film and how I since then learnt how to use the specific software(s) and how to do films from the creative perspective (SFX, storytelling, pace, sounds etc.). "Empiezo luego aprende"

  • @justincren8259

Me trying apply some of the video concepts: 👁👃👁
1: don't just watch passively engage with material, have a project something to do, mess around, and then when you have trouble use the video guide you.
2: create a goal (maybe have good visions and negative visions?)
3: To be more creative, take a break, rest, (don't work) the idea/solution comes up. This is what a lot of writers do
-make sure you keep track/write down your creative thoughts
Example: You want to build a business name, you take a walk see a really weird thing and u come up with a creative name
4: appreciate the gains that stick with you, knowledge, skills, communication, etc not the finite/ quannative gains like winning a match or making a million $
    5: Learn through teaching
Connectiong thoughts, and dopamine also help.
Learn and work on stuff you're interested in.

The amount of serendipity that will occur in your life, your Luck Surface Area, is directly proportional to the degree to which you do something you’re passionate about combined with the total number of people to whom this is effectively communicated. It’s a simple concept, but an extremely powerful one because what it implies is that you can directly control the amount of luck you receive. In other words, you make your own luck.
