It's no wonder Emerald is the favorite of your colors- it looks ICONIC on you! Absolutely stunning. And it's amazing how color theory works with hair dye. It's just another art form, and your hair is the canvas. :)
Please do more color theory videos!!! It took me so long to understand color theory for my hair and I know there’s so many people just getting into hair dye that could really use videos like this one! 💜
Along with the beautiful color, the way you braided it made the roots look so good. I have a suggestion. Print up your color wheel on transparent paper. That way you can lay it over the printed one and it should show you how colors mix as you turn the wheel.
@@monikaxxxx1136 it is called transparency film paper. It has been around forever. The modern types can be used in regular household printers. Teachers used to use it with overhead projectors when I was in school. Before you tell some one something doesn’t exist. Look it up.
I’m a cake decorator and colour theory is so important for me since most icing has a yellow base! I go through so much purple in order to get white/blue icing
This is my fav video so far not only because of the result but also how the lesson on color theory was explained and its so relatable for me because Im a makeup artist and we also use color theory all the time .
First of all, I love the result BUT after you did the yellowish parts and before you did the ginger parts you looked like a birds of paradise flower (strelitzia)! Sooooo beautiful as well. I'm so jealous, I always wanted emerald hair ... I need to dye! It looks amazing 🫶
Stella I'm following you since your wonderful first attempts to getting emerald green hair! I've never miss one of your videos. Seeing you today with emerald hair again makes me so proud of you and your career! Get stronger and stronger 💪 kisses form Italy 😘
I think at some point this will be a trend cuz a lot of people when they bleach there hair and it turn Cooper they don't know how to fix it so applying the blue is a game changer , btw ur hair look phenomenal love everything from the cut, style keep rocking it girl
I’m sitting here with emerald hair tryna change it to cyan 😭 TY THIUGH THIS WAS REALLY HELPFUL I hope I can get the color I want (I never wanted cyan I just dyed it wrong I went from really light orange like blonde orange to emerald when I put cyan in it)
As someone who has had some form of blue for over a year now. In a variation of Deep Ocean Blue, to sea foam, to washed out Silver colour... then back to bright blue. I frigging ***ADORE*** this colour on you Stella. I always have and I always will... I think it's truly iconic! You own this colour. 💙 🦚 🦋 🌟 Thank You SO much for making me shine brighter by giving me confidence in my own hair journey, and my own abilities. 🌟
Amazing results! You did it with science! Thank you for that amazing color theory demo. Love a little educational moment. I thought for a second you sold the Stella t shirt too but I didn't see it online. I would love to grab one for myself!
same! And I have done every single colour there is at least twice 🤣 also debating doing a rainbow hair compilation video because I love her compilation videos so much ❤
I actually did this colour a few years ago. Really liked it actually. Had it for about 6 months before I changed it. Might go back to it some day because I do miss it. Just going to have to let my hair grow out a bit 😄❤️
i wish there were more hairdressers like you/ im suffering with orange hair as no hairdresser knows how to give me a normal transition color as i wait for my hair to grow out.
Looks like a peacock 🦚 with the different colours, I love it 💙 my job doesn't allow for brights, so I push it with red tones. But I love watching your transformations, you shaved your head just as my hair started growing back from chemo, so we're both trying to grow our hair, you're such an inspiration 💙 thank you Stella 💙
This looks so good on you. You are beautiful and most colors look so nice on you. But this color just blows all the other colors out of world. But I’m a sucker for green with a hint of blue in both eyeshadow and hair color.
Love this colour on you the emerald is beautiful 🤩 What’s also beautiful you and your skin and this makeup!! Can we see your routine and products please 😩
My natural dark coppery red makes the aquamarine dye into a really cool inky almost black-teal-green. It also never completely fades out but I’m kinda feeling the swampy muddy green it fades to. I might dye it green again, I’m indecisive.
I love your hair and hair colour! It looks amazing on you! I have a question though, what kind of hair colour do you use? When you change colour often, aren't you afraid of losing hair if it's chemicals in it? I'm impressed of all the colours you change to. Would you recommend Schwarzkopf. I only colour my hair a few times a year since it's a lot of chemicals in it. But I love to colour my hair. 😩
Really enjoying your videos and thank you for the content (living vicariously via your hair changes as I'm committed to henna) Just wondering about 'emerald green' though - not the first video I seen where a deep turquoise(y) blue-green is described as 'emerald' It might be just a quirk of language but for me emerald is a really bright deep geeen, no blue tones visible - I'm interested to hear from people across the world as to their interpretation of 'emerald' - a deep blue-green or a brighter true green?
That was very informative. I have never dyed my hair before and I wanna try both copper and pink so I've been wondering wether it's easier to go from copper to pink or from pink to copper
I learned about color theory in art class and who would've thought I'd be using it for my hair? 😂That emerald color is one of my favorite shades! It looks so good on you!
Love the visual explanation of the colour theory❤
The colortheory part IS AMAZING! You could do a separate video about it and post it, I think many people would find it helpfull! Great job
Emerald is SUCH a beautiful color on you :) definitely the best ! Right up there with pinky/ rose gold :)

There's no such a thing like transparent paper. Maybe some kind of foil or plexiglass.

@@monikaxxxx1136 Google exists, my friend :)
@monikaxxxx1136 are you from the 1930s, transparent paper has been used for decades now in the crafts community

Living for this and I'm only 2 min in! Experiments, educating and the return of the iconic emerald colour! ❤❤
I have been looking for this color for the longest time. Thank you.
I did black instead of blue and it turned out absolutely gorgeous.
Mermaid hair in real life. It's STUNNING! Also that it has a few shades makes it look a emerald refracted from certain angles. Beautiful!
Love the already styled transition!! The color *chefs kiss!

I absolutely needed that
The explanation of color theory is so good, it’s so understandable ❤
Of all these years what surprises me the most is how she gets all the blind spots like she got eyes behind her head.
Such a great colour theory for hair dye explanation and demonstration, thank you! Especially enjoyed the mixing the colours on the paper.
Emerald is such a beautiful color on you and yes it’s definitely one of my favorites. Love you Stella! ❤
