    The 3 Main Benefits of Practicing Breathwork
    1. Cleanse & Detox the Body: This important physical purge is normal and healthy which can include burping, coughing, sweating, and more. Feel your vitality soar as you release blockages and impurities, resetting to your body's natural rhythms.
    2. Enhance Mental Clarity & Focus: You may achieve heightened mental clarity and razor-sharp concentration with DMT Breathing. Experience the sensation of mental fog lifting and focus intensifying as your mind becomes exceptionally clear and alert.
    3. Awaken Your True Spirit Self: You may connect with your authentic self through DMT Breathing. Enjoy a profound sense of spiritual awakening and heightened awareness as you peel back layers of ego and find deep inner peace.

    I love the creation process, especially knowing it can bring you the same joy and transformation I experienced in 2018 at my first Wim Hof event I attended. I strive to make it easy for you to Just Press Play and start breathing.
    Before breathwork its best to avoid heavy meals or lots of caffeine before a session. Opt for light foods like fruits or something with whole food ingredients if you're hungry. Stay hydrated, but limit water intake right before the session.
    Safety Reminder:
    By participating you acknowledge and agree that you are undertaking these activities at your own risk. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, including breathwork sessions. The creators and facilitators of this session assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries or damages resulting from your participation. Please listen to your body, practice safely, and stop if you experience any discomfort or medical issues during the session.

    This is my go to daily breathing exercise.
    The video is so well put together, I always feel extremely relaxed afterwards.
    The Tao Te Ching reading is the cherry on top.
    You should make more of these, with different retention times :-)
    Everyone have a fantastic day / night, peace!

    The holding of a breathe in before exhaled breath hold is so powerful

    • @BreathworkBeats
      @BreathworkBeats  22 дня назад +1

      Right?! The inhale before an exhale breath hold creates such a strong energy shift! It's like supercharging your body before diving into that calm, still space. Keep exploring it-you'll notice the power just keeps building with each session. 💥🌬️

      While retention, your hearth rate is slowing down so it is natural to fall asleep or faint. Me personaly, I have to sit doing WHB otherwise I always fall asleep.

    Okay Dan been doing this breathwork everyday incorporate some yoga but where does this all lead bro can this be the path to enlightenment is there anything else I can do throughout the day other than practiced awareness some kind of powerful catalyst

    • @BreathworkBeats
      @BreathworkBeats  3 года назад +6

      Breathing is the fastest way to body/mind mastery. Because it controls where pressure/prana is in the body. In other word - it directs where your subconscious infinite intelligence is focused Via pressure FROM breath. Fasting can help too. But all these practices are intended to make us better in our families and community and better teachers for others. Because enlightenment is a lonely place unless you have others to share it with. So we must become examples and teachers. Keep going.
