Some of my favorite riffs from the album is the main one in Chasing Light, the harmony section on Room of Mirrors, and the main from Too Far Gone.

Might make the videos better if you could include tabs or short sections of music from the songs to show us what the riffs were for those who didn’t know (yes, copyright, but a lot of people do put it on there)
Anyway, my favorite riff from Darkness is the verse riff, with James shouting “TEMPTATION”
It’s also really easy to play irl lol

Tried putting the snippets of the songs but I got copyrighted anyways, even if it seemed more "fair use"-ish. Don't know how other people pull it off so at best I can put the snippet of the song at a really low volume D:
Agree with the tabs tho and It's something I'm considering for the next of this type of videos!
IMO the temptation part is the best of Darkness Had a Son!

When you can improvise like that, it's because you're close to genius. You should create your own works.

My latest acquisition was an ESP LTD MH-1001NT. Its in Drop B now with Daddario NYXL 11-56 Gauges on it.
I came just like you from a Les Paul shape style (also) an ESP LTD EC-1000S with Fishmans on it. I switched it pretty quickly to Drop D with Elixir Nanoweb 10-52 Gauges cause Standard E.... maaan its just not my thing. 😅
BTW could you provide the plugin preset somehow? Im curios cause it has some "bite" to it lol.

      Noice!
Out of curiosity, how's the tuning stability with those guitars?
And for the preset I made a video about it some time ago! I think It should be called something along the lines of "Making a guitar tone from scratch".

@@mr.madnus.fernus I replaced the plastic nut with a Graph Tech Nut and just recently the latter through a Bone Nut. The Tuning stability was/is superb, even with the plastic nut.
Tune O Matic Bride on both Guitars.
Ah i remember that specifc vid i guess.
Wasnt it that Rammsteins ZicZac tone? (cough) xD

@@paveways Aight, thanks for the info on the guitars!
And for the tone, nope, It ain't the Rammstein one! It's "Make your OWN Guitar Tone from Scratch! (FULL PROCESS)", and JP appears in the thumbnail.

I suppose It depends on which aspects you'd consider a deal breaker If It's good or not.
But for me personally, yes, I'm not particularly happy with this guitar right now, and am looking for a new one!@@Gameup2332

Why still listen to Metallica? They are average shit now. Much better modern metal out there than new Metallica.
