Purple Rain was the first Movie I saw in a theater! Seeing Prince on that big screen just mesmerized the hell out of me as a kid! I wore circle glasses for at least a decade. lol
I had an Audio tape of this session that I bought in Camden market over 25 years ago. This version of when doves cry is the greatest ever. Can someone please tell me how I can save this so I never lose it again. I remembered every single cue. Just perfect💜💜💜💜
@@CNP-rn3gd I got to see Prince in a Morning Show performance outside in the air and my friend knew some on in the studio or news room who were doing the audio for him and Price as he a lot of time did kept pLaying after the segment was done and sound and tv ppl kept running on record, Little to say that I have had that "tape" that was gifted to me then but it's on VHS ans I HOPE it will be ok to use. I have Never seen it after all these yrars., I am a very sad today bcecause I just got an email that a long time friend who was so enthralled with Prince and his whole evrtything was based on him that he is not with us now and HE never got to see the tape but I'm sure he was at the perfromance but I never got to say goddbye to him since we had lost contact w/each other over the years . Isa it posssible to put the tape on a flash drive or a golden disk or DVD ? without damageing it. There was a cafle lighting for eeveryoing who knew him at 9:00pm earlier tonight and thre plying of All Prince for him, He was a sound tech/. PRINCE looks like he worked out lifting weights and exercising good ..I'm quite sure he did work out especially having to carry that guitar everywhere on stage and doing all those dance moves he was way in better shape than Michael Jackson
