Hope you find it! I found mine by checking on local facebook pages. My town has one specifically for people to talk about local business and where to find certain services. Your best bet is a salon that caters to older or even elderly clients. When I was getting my last perm I was the youngest client by about 40 years LOL
I love your channel! Excited you have lots planned 🥰 so cool to learn you like to sing. I love singing and have always wanted to front a band but am scared to sing in public. I feel like singing in a choir would be a great ice breaker.
Dude that is exactly why I'm in a choir. Whenever I have to sing solo I'm so nervous I can't stop shaking, but in a choir you can blend in! I'm checking out your channel by the way and it's awesome! Excellent production quality!
@@LexiLadonna Aw thanks so much!! I’ve followed your fashion journey! I’ve always wanted to start a Lexi Pinterest board because i feel like i know what you’re going for. I too am an alternative music lover who wants to look like an adult but not a normie 😂 (and stylish af of course)
PS - your house is rad. Stoked to see the hallway video. Right now i just post tarot related content but i hope to do some interior content in the future ✨🌹
Lexi, I love it wow you did great very great at cutting bangs, and my gosh you look so awesome with bangs. Remember the picture I had you look at Victoria Principal (Pam Ewing ) perm hair Dallas you so telicate it. For sure keep up the layers, you look so forward but with a vibe. I would recommend possibly getting your bangs more layered and you cut quite a bit off so don’t laugh I would get the bangs repented new curl would look so bold on the bangs. Definitely keep up the perms, I like this type of wrap but If you want a feel for that disco era I would go tighter honestly a perm with small pink, and blue rods would do own the look. I would also buy a curling iron and do a curled and teased bang look kind of late 1970s .But girl you look so amazing. Thanks for sharing
Yeah I agree! I think smaller would be good, but the curls loosen up over time! They were definitely smaller when my hair was first permed. Wish there was a way to keep them the same size :/ And I do have a curling iron, I'm just too lazy haha.
Lexi, you are so cool to reply. Yi feel bad I didn’t comment on your singing with a choir for the Seattle orchestra awesome totally awesome I commend you and give you kudos. You just seem to be a great person I see a lot of sincerity in you. Oh by the way how cool is it you are redecorating kudos for that . By the way I am going to get a perm it is so funny growing up I never wanted a perm, I always had to have the perfect stick straight hair, but I have been cutting my hair shorter, and shorter, this year I cut bangs and I can tell you I will keep bangs. You hit an awesome point about older stylists, I used to go to the trendy high end salons but what I noticed I was paying for the atmosphere, I started going to my grandmas hairdresser she has been going to go like forever and I know what it’s like to be multiple decades younger than everyone else, but I love it as there is awesome conversation, heck the place is called “Peg Haircare Beauty Shop” She charges 16.00$ for a cut, which includes a conditioning treatment. 30.00 for cot, and 35.00 for a perm she only does basic perm wraps. So I am sucked to get a perm. Lexi, can I share some links with ideas that will give you that bold 1970s permed disco looks ?.One thing is you may want to go a tad shoryour layers, and cut more layers on top. Your hairstylist would be great at that as she understands true layers. Thanks for sharing your world.
Agree that using pink and blue rods for your next perm would look amazing - or even blue and yellow if you were feeling really bold!!! Personally I would leave your bangs out of your next perm and keep them straight - especially if you go with the tighter curls. Thick blunt cut straight bangs across your forehead, and tight curls in the lengths throughout the rest of your head would just look so sexy!!!
@@graftonmorganjessica2937 Let me know how your perm turns out? Can you take a video or something? For you I would get a spiral perm with pink and grey.
I like it! You could maybe try straightening your bangs sometimes to emphasise your curls? Any which way, I hope you keep on getting perms - curls are *so* you, and look great!!!
Yeah that would look nice! Pretty soon as the perm grows out they'll just be straight because they'll be new growth. Last time as my perm was growing out I didn't trim the bangs short again but I'll try it this time :)
just found your video. I enjoyed watching your beautiful video today. You did such a good job 👏 Thanks for sharing this wonderful channel with me
Thank you!
your perm is EVERYTHING… i’ve been on the hunt for a salon that does a good perm since the video you made on yours!

Go for it! I've been in my house for 5 years and I'm only now starting to redo parts of it. Wish I'd started sooner!
@@LexiLadonna it looks great, you’ve got a good base to start with ☺️
Not bad Lexi. Your curls is still holding up. Have a great weekend.
You are so brave cutting your own bangs Lexi, it turned out great! I can’t wait for your next ‘get ready with me” video!

Pink and grey rods is the way to go.. over time it will relax and create a nice volume. I just a perm a week and half a go.

I was just thinking about cutting my own bangs 🤔
Do it! Worst case scenario you pin them back and wait for them to grow out haha I've had to do that plenty of times

Totally! Straight bangs contrasted against the curls in the rest of your hair would look cute af!!!
