I love how he shows the hard parts. Most wrappers on RUclips do make it look easy, but they don’t show them being imperfect. Much love for Paradox being so transparent about it.
I love this video. No annoying customers that don't know shit about their car or anything about cars in general and no repetitive garbage bass music. Just the audio and visual of a talented, self taught guy doing his thing. Amazing color also. 👍
I did a ton of lettering and vinyl for a transportation company for around 10 years. Was one of the best parts of that job. I could work by myself I could be "creative" even though I was following a specific design but I really liked when the boss man or the customer see the end result. It was always so rewarding to say yep that's all me and that's going to be driving around like that for a long time. I would love to try my hand at this. I know I'd like it and probably do pretty well. Maybe my 09 Impala needs me to give it a wrap hahaha Thanks for the insider look ✌️😎
Me and you man, I hate my current basic ass 9-5 i want to do something like this for work... Just listening to some music in my shop and doing this ...
I also had to pause this video to make a comment. It looks like such a cluster, and then you manage to work it all the way out. Way to go dude, you're the man when it comes to wraps!
Man I had to pause the video in order to comment how GOOD THIS IS! This quality of video editing of showing how you wrap up close and raw sounds is so nice🙌🏻
wait for it... look at the corners after 1 year. in most cases the foil comes off. the reason is the weather with all different temperatures and too much stretch
A true professional masters his art by working it everyday hours upon hours tedious work learning new ways to refine mastering his craft. And tribute to his upbringing he has stayed humble .. mad respect bro
Paradox ma guy! Been watching you for years!!!, love the honesty and humble you are with your work!!! Always watch your videos whenever it pops on my my algorithm.
I watch your vids for a long time now, im from the netherlands and started my own wrapping shop aswell a few years ago. I admire your skills in rough edged bumpers. The only thing i notice is that on some flat aereas you have a lot of contamination underneath the vinyl. You should try to not reach under the vinyl with your hands that much, everything that is on your hand will stick at the adhesive side of the vinyl.. Just glass it out at first.
This video is the best! You can really see the detail and techniques in your work. Makes me feel more comfortable to do myself. Nice job! More videos like this 👊
I did my first wrap on my 370Z, had a pretty easy time with the side of the car but had some trouble with the bumpers and hood. Also messed up on the roof a little. Still need to go back and re-do them when its warmer. Some pretty tricky bits on them
I watched my first car wrap video yesterday and yours was suggested today , he took the emblems off before so upon watching yours i said well you messed up from jump but yours looked easier and smarter car looks nice i won't judge next time😂 your the professional 👍
That cut on the emblem @2:00 left that poor emblem scarred for the rest of its life. I've watched a few of your videos and always wondered about your cutting. Thats some heavy cutting you're doing dude!! You dont like using the vinyl cutting blades? I feel like you're less likely to cut to the paint with those.
You should tape emblems when they are black so you can cut on it. That way you don’t see you blade mark that you have scored around the whole fender emblem…
It’s difficult to not give like🧏🏻♂️actually I am trying to wrap the front part of my car, it is not easy to make🤪I am watching your video and see what my skill can be corrected🙏🏻thx for your teaching!
Also invest in a NT-cutter knife so plastic but it holds up to 5 snap blades. Try some 30° blades they're alot sharper and make cutting the vinyl way smoother.
If you guys like these types of videos I’ll make more one for each car I do. Maybe it will help you figure out the hardest parts since it’s not done in time lapse. To order this color : www.paradoxstyling.com/shop/p/diamond-crystal-nardo-grey
Maybe I missed it but I was hoping to see how you see the recessed area where the license plate sits. Currently wrapping my eg hatch and it’s the only area giving me problems so far.
good video, so what tools are you using? what heat setting are you using? what kind of card are you using? make a diy video, then maybe i'll buy some wrap from you!
Ur awesome bro. the thing u working is so creative that everyone can be amazed on how you make it easy to understand a wrapping and cutting from start to finished ... stay safe bro. and more wraps coming your way :)
Great video but would have love to see you do the door jams. I’m looking into wrapping my Z but I definitely want to do the door jams so the original color isn’t visible
So alcohol is all the prep it needs for wrap to stick to the KBD bumper? If so I guess I will wrap my 350Z because I'm in the process of installing a full KBD kit.
@@ParadoxTheWrapper awesome because I know it takes a good bit of prep to get the poly ready for paint and knowing that it's just acetone to prep for wrap has sold me 100% on going with wrap over paint.
I'm really considering buying wrap from you guys cause you guys have the color i want, I just don't know the quality of wrap you guys use compared to Avery / 3m / Vivid. Let me know!
Thicker material which means 2 things. Can be helpful for you if you have a car that needs a paint job if you prep the car & sand it down it will look better with his wraps does take longer to apply & you'll need alot more heat to it to make it work better. But at least he has tons of options. Avery & 3M 1080 vinyl is easier to apply & material is thinner which means you'll see all imperfections faster if your under paint isn't perfect.
I love how he shows the hard parts. Most wrappers on RUclips do make it look easy, but they don’t show them being imperfect. Much love for Paradox being so transparent about it.

I honestly thought that this wasnt the way cars were wrapped. My goodness the work involved and skill. Amazing.

Lol yeah it was hard as hell to edit but it’s very interesting listening to the sounds
Like seriously, I genuinely appreciate you taking your time out to do this type of video! 100% amazing

O Lo
This man is the goat of wrapping cars.
😂😂😂
That finish doing the z was clean Can’t cap
It looks so tedious but I couldn’t stop watching. Amazing work.
The way this guy does it has given me a new insight into wrapping. He is highly skilled
Best wrap video by far
Very detailed and real not glossed over. 👍🏻
Wow that was great. You can hear how you have to pull vinyl. Great quality
If I were the customer, I would have gone with a more metallic color. Looks like the car is primed for paint. But the wrap work is solid. +1

A true skill and a fine art
Dude this is amazing! I ordered a KBD bumper for my mustang and I had no idea how to prep it for wrapping. Thank you for the tip!
Hell yeah! Just rub it with acetone 😁

A true wrapper would use a 30 degree blade..for precision ..but what would I know ..i sell insurance

How is this stuff on the paint job after ~7 yrs when it has to be removed ?
You want to remove it in about 2-3 years

Stress relieving? I need a paxil after watching this. I'm old school. Like paint...
😮😮That's pretty cool.
So you only have to use nail polish remover or whatever that was to prep the poly?

Awesome work, if sometime later the cover is to be removed it will not damage the car color? Safety of car color to be discussed I m worried about it.
It will protect it
nice job, sometimes i use cloth soak in warm water instead hot gun.
Great video but would have love to see you do the door jams. I’m looking into wrapping my Z but I definitely want to do the door jams so the original color isn’t visible
I don’t do door jams
How much wrap do you need
How do you prep that polyurethane bumper to wrap?
Wipe with acetone
Awesome works.
Nice 👍
Clean job 🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍
You're a craftsmen.
How’d you prep the bumper for wrap ? I know kbd bumpers come w that wax coating
For a solid color, is this really a better technique over paint? Seems to me that it is not. Graphics involved, I get it. But one color?
And another one...👊🏼🔥
How much does this cost?
outstanding work Paradox!
How did you get the wrap to stick to the polyurethane bumper without painting it?
Rub it with acetone
What are the pros and cons of wrap vs paint job ? And do you recommend it and will it damage original paint
Imagine the gift wrapping skills. Looking mad fresh
That light area and emblem are gonna lift… what was the treatment for the plastic?
So alcohol is all the prep it needs for wrap to stick to the KBD bumper? If so I guess I will wrap my 350Z because I'm in the process of installing a full KBD kit.

man, i cant find those wheels what are they?
do you have to prep kbd for the wrap or no im just wondering cus i recently got a front bumper and im wanting to wrap it but cant find anything
You just rub it with acetone until it’s ashy looking then it will be ready to wrap
I’ve wrapped my z 3 times myself and the bumper is always the hardest I spent an average of 40 minutes per panel
Amazing🔥🔥 What kind of vinyl sticker is this using, dude? Please answer
