@@alexa.pacaldo8731 According kay Ma'am Lyqa, good rule of thumb is to limit the pages in your resume to 1 to 2 pages. If fresh grad ka, 1 pages would suffice and if may work experience, 2 pages would be enough.
Ano po ang typos po?
Yung nag job enterview na ako. may enterview ako Hindi nasagot.pero natangap ako dahil SA maayos na pananamit,lakas loob kahit kinakabahan, Hindi ako malikot SA inuupuan ko at Yung kamay nakababa...hanggang natapos Yung job enterview..
1. Do not lie.
2. No typos.
3. No unnecessary infos. (No hobbies and interests) No graphics
4. No pixelated photos, wear formal, don't smile too much
5. No distracting fonts
6. No xerox copy
7. No extra pages

Naalala kopo yung nag apply ako unang napansin sakin ng HR ung suot ko😊 ang sabi nya (ganyan dapat ang suot ng mga nag aapply)😊 firstime kopo mag apply nun😅 kaya proud po ako kc dagdag points ung unang napuna nya sa akin pati ang pag tali ng buhok napaka importante din pala😊pati un pinupuna nila😊thanks god at nakapasa ako sa interview😊😇😇

Ma'am lyqa dapat po ba laging may objective sa resume?
Tama pala yung ginawa ko na hindi ko nilagay yung dati kong work nung nag apply ako sa call center, tapos may isang company na ipinalagay parin yung dati kong work kahit hindi naman related sa ina-aplyan ko.. Ngayon tuloy nagpaprint ako ng madami na nakalagay dati kong work.. haaaaysssst.. 🤣
I remember my first ever resume haha 20pcs long po ang paper size with envelops oh diba nakatulong yung envelop formal tignan and halos ng pinasahan ko natawagan ako naalala ko lang po kakatuwa kasi mag invest ka talaga sa magandang resume pag wala ka experience 😁😁❤️

I dont think Photos of applicants is necessary,,kase it may lead to discrimination,,,sa US hindi nmn iniinclude ang photos in fact it would a mistake,,,tska kung curious talaga ang Hiring officer theres a way nmn para makita ang picture ng Applicant like FB,INstagram
Hi Miss Lyqa Maravilla! 😊 How should I address you po? hehe I watched some of your tips 2 hours before my phone call interview, kind of cramming kasi di ako nag expect for an interview kasi November 2021 pa ako nagsubmit ng resume tapos nung March 4, 2022 pa lang ako tinawagan but got complimented somehow at the end of the interview. May gusto lang po ako itanong based sa mga tinanong din sa akin.
1. If it's okay for me to work on Sunday? (kasi she asked me about my religion) and answered the HR na hindi kasi I firmly believe na if it's Sunday para kay Lord 'yun and gusto ko po sana sabihin din na it's something na I don't really want to compromise.
2. Bakit ba nagtatanong ang mga interviewers kung nag apply ka sa ibang company? and ano po dapat isagot dun?
3. If I am willing to work on a night shift kasi mining company po 'yun tapos babae ako. What should I respond kapag natanong ako ulit nito kapag may interview na naman?
4. If di masyado cleared yung line niya tapos kahit nakikinig ka naman pero wala kang maintindihan, paano ko po ba sasabihin? Kasi during sa phone call interview ko, sinasabi ko lang na "Ma'am?" parang sa pagsalita ko nyan, I mean na ulitin niya yung tanong tapos what if po na laging hingi clear yung linya niya 😔 kasi yan nangyari sa akin tapos nahihiya ako kasi di ko alam ano dapat sabihin tas minsan di ko na alam isasagot ko sa tanong kasi hindi ko naintindihan.

what if may 15 yrs experiences na,, and we know some BPO companies like the CV to be detailed especially Financial acct.(JPM, Amex, Citi, HSBC ) they prefer disclosing ALL work experiences,, is it ok for a 4 or 5 pages?

Pano po pag last job q ay nong 2013 pa tapus nag awol po aq bali 11 months lng aq dun then hindi na aq nagtrabaho kc nag alaga nalang ng anak.but now gus2 q po mag work sa call center eh ang inaalala q ay wla po aq certificate sa dati q work kc nag awol po aq😭

Guilty ako sa 3 or more pages ng resume.. Not because of the fonts but because of my training records na tingin ko magsupport sa application ko.. Mali pala yun.. Paano kaya paiiksiin yun? Thank you
HOW TO ANSWER IF AN INTERVIEWER SAYS LET'S THINK OUT OF THE BOX ?
What's the complete question and context?
i mean after he/she questioned tell me something about yourself, why should i hire you, what can you say about this company etc... then the last question is let's think out of the box? How to open a topic about it?
Think outside the box in terms of what? Did they give you a situation? That's not a standalone question, e.
they didn't give me situations they just want to open a topic automatically on how i understand the phrase " let's think out of the box". Do you have any ideas? what the pattern is all about? 😄

Good day po...salamat po sa mga informative videos....ask ko po kung ano po ilalagay sa resume ko sa 'date' sa work experience kung sakali ako mag-aaply?( sample: January 01,2023-present)employed pa po ako pero searching po ako ng new job....ano po advice nyo po....resign muna bago mag apply....or kahit employed tapos mag-apply....ano po mai-advice nyo po...salamat ay more power po sa iyong channel...salamat po....
