I worked for a govt agency for than 10 years & 4 months. And i resigned from it.
My primary reason was more on there was an inner hunger in me that I could not find in my job though my days were filled but remained unsatisfied. Im always looking for validation, appreciation from my co-workers and from my work itself. Until one time I was so burn out(sobrang "ubos" ang feeling ko) that i fixed my decision to resign.
Is it possible to answer this?

Hi mam.. I just want some suggestions regarding this interview question. I want to be honest to this question. The reason why I leave my job is because of this covid virus. Is it necessary to say this? After I tell my reason I could add some positive intentions as to why I leave my job. Example, I quit because I was confused at that time and I want to look forward to my physical and mental health. I do some online study to be able to enhance my communication skills something like that Is my reason acceptable? Thank you for your tips😊

Ano po ang magandang reason to leave the job that I no longer want to continue? I was hired this pandemic and i just realized my current job is not aligned with my interests. Most probably, im planning to learn a new course or shift a career while looking for my passion.
Is it okay to leave kung wala pa akong 1 year sa work ko? Sana po matulungan nio ako, coach :)
