I never imagined female voice would sound this good in a Metallica song. I never imagined a Metallica cover could be as good as original. When it comes to instrumental arrangement, dare I say, even better than original. Bravo...
After reading the comments, I'll admit I'm torn on the "growling". My suggestion would be to record a second version with him singing more than screaming/growling or perhaps modifying midway from growling to something more musical, to show a transition from walking away in anger to simply moving on as a metaphor? Just my two cents, but I'm no musician. Loved what you did even if it wasn't perfect for ME. Be yourselves and keep it up.
I don't understand why one must compare two original concepts. Yes Metallica's Wherever I May Roam is a masterpiece and because it's a masterpiece Saratan chose to come up with another original concept. I just loved everything. The productions. The vocals. And the ethnic instruments, chords and drumming. Those expressions were so genuine and fascinating to watch. A beautiful concept. Something original. Brilliant! Instant like.
i dont get it,what's with the dislikes.i have never heard such arrangement of a metallica song, its brilliant - the C# key,the usage of ethnic instruments, the vocals, the production, its amazing.
I enjoyed it, but feel they could made more of it with their potential. Kind of add more epicness, tension, power. WIMR is my all time favourite song, because of the lyrics. I identified myself with them over 20 years now, and they always fit to my lifestyle. I love listen covers of it too
I am impressed ! very well done! I like the combination of both. strong voice of the guy and mystic voice of female singer! great version of Wherever I may roam!
gówno dobra, dobra to by była, jakby zrezygnowali z tego paskudnego wokalisty w sensie z jego śpiewu:( gryzie się ten wokal:( się słuchać tego nie da przez niego
@@Zoie3x8 the growling is actually really disgusting besides that she has some tone issues but I don't really blame her cause it sounds as if English wasn't her first language.
@@ThePainlessGamer it's not about English at all! It's about musical pronunciation and expression problems. Otherwise, if Michael Jackson-who was a native speaker of American English-had covered the song, it would anyway seem odd in pronunciation and dialect.
Awesome cover!!! Just a humble suggestion: Try with the female vocalist singing on high 5ths on parallel with the male growlings (during the verse). Of course having the female vocalist singing a whole octave higher would be too much; that's why I suggest the 5ths.
Shit, I generally never dislike videos, but a the beginning it was so brilliant and amazing, like a Prince of Persia version on the song, very well arranged and the lady's singing with oriental scale was so beautiful.. And then the guy started Growling like death metal, FUCK he broke it all ! -_-
I know, that's why I mentioned your comment XD. It is not even close to death, brutal or anything. What I do not know is why the singer does not realize about this. May be he wants to create new style hahahahah BOOPOOPOOBOOOPOO WTF!!! XD
@@gotojgotoj3414 I'm assuming that they both didn't heard each other vocals during the recording. If the woman heard that horrible growling she would refuse to launch the song like this, and if the guy heard the lead vocals he would just give up on singing, since he would realisr how horrible he is as a singer.
all instruments except guitar and drums are traditional Turkic instruments, especially tar instrument from Azerbaijan. I heard this band for the first time. where are they from?
Interesting. Nice instrumental section. And I like the female voice. Not so much the growling one. Sorry... ;-). First I really thought you were an Arabian band (cliché thinking, isn't it?), then I found out you're from Poland. How about a duet live with Hetfield when they're next playing Poland? That what be cool to see here on RUclips.
Me too, because of the name of the band, and the theme of the video. By the way, it's good arrangement, the first time that I had a Tar in my hands I played this song (don't know why). But I never forget that amazing sound of tar.
1:17 this is spartaaaaaaa ,love it btw ❤️❤️
I never imagined female voice would sound this good in a Metallica song. I never imagined a Metallica cover could be as good as original. When it comes to instrumental arrangement, dare I say, even better than original. Bravo...
love the way those instruments are used in this song.....please do more metallica songs

The original has this sort of asian nomad type of vibe intentionally and this cover expands on it perfectly
i dont get it,what's with the dislikes.i have never heard such arrangement of a metallica song, its brilliant - the C# key,the usage of ethnic instruments, the vocals, the production, its amazing.
yeah its beautiful
Prolly because of growling. It is destroying everything.
weak vocals from the female singer, unnecessary growling from the male singer. Instrumental bit is awesome though

Vocals are terrible

I like the fact that this song’s intro is oriental and you chose eastern instruments to play this song
Super Great!!!
Wow!!!! Awesome cover!!!!
I think the growling was on point, gave it a little demon type of flavour to the all byzantinian cover of this song.
I was thinking this group in Turk. Because I saw Saz. I loved this version, especially throat amazing!
WOOOOO NICEEEEEEE POWERRRR SONG
Its just amazing
You should change the name of your band into "Orientallica"
best comment yet
It's more like Middle-EasternAllica, but sure!
I love it. Very nice version.
From classical to screamo...this is some dimension😂 Loved it👌🔥
Yeah for suree..
For me its annoying
@@Zoie3x8 the growling is actually really disgusting besides that she has some tone issues but I don't really blame her cause it sounds as if English wasn't her first language.
It's like they had to let him be on it because there using his recording studio or something... he completely ruins it
You can tell he's not used to screaming

Such an amazing cover guys... Here is my Cheer for you from Costa Rica...

This is how to destroy your colleagues cover
I listen a lot of Death Metal bands, trust me, this bullshit is not even growling, the guy is basically burping on the mic, seriously.
