- W grudniu mija rok od czasu, kiedy rozpoczęła się nasza przygoda. Tuż przed świętami, po raz pierwszy stanęłyśmy przed kamerą. Utworem od którego zaczęłyśmy nagrania debiutanckich czterech klipów była nasza wersja „Nothing Else Matters” zespołu Metallica - jeden z pierwszych zaśpiewanych wspólnie utworów. Śmiało można powiedzieć, że zdjęcia dokumentują pierwsze chwile zespołu Tulia - naszą historię.
Z okazji „rocznicy”, chcemy się nimi z Wami podzielić, a zarazem podziękować za wszystkie piękne i wzruszające momenty, w których z nami byliście. Za Wasze głosy w Opolu, za pozytywną energię, którą nam dajecie, za platynową płytę… ale przede wszystkim za Waszą obecność na naszych koncertach. Pięknie dziękujemy!

In December, a year passed from the beginning of our musical adventure. Just before Christmas, in 2017, we stood in front of the camera for the first time. Nothing Else Matters by Metallica - is one of the first songs sung together. This is Tulia's band - our story. On the occasion of the "anniversary" we want to share it with you. For votes cast at the Opole Festival, for the platinum album ... but above all for the presence at our concerts. Thank you very much!

What is also surprising is the number of harp covers of this song are on youtube. Along with cello and a whole range of old folk instruments I have never even heard of.
30+ years ago who would have expected Metallica to become a standard for more classically trained musicians.
And no one would have expected PBS to play Metallica during a pledge drive.

What is really amazing and what most haters fail to see is the homage that is paid to Metallica as the originators of this work of art as well as the homage paid to the masterpiece itself when a group of individuals from such a different culture on the other side of the world feel inspired to produce their own version of the masterpiece itself. Imitation is the highest form of flattery and it is that fact that makes this version so unique and beautiful because it is so unlikely. Great job.

These girls live in the 21st century, in their 21st century, and have a very clear and competent understanding of harmonies in music. Yeah, I was like " These are Polish Girls singing an American song in English. True yes they're in Traditional Garb. But it looks like they're blending cultures to say " Hey, we are Polish... And we just happened to like Metallica."

@@katiearbuckle9017 They did a interview a couple years ago. The one in red is the fan of rock music so she is probably the one to thank for this rendition. I stumbled upon the interview when I was trying to find why the one in pink left the band :( I dont understand a word of polish but I love the sound of their voices. Especially the one that over powers the others towards the end of the song.
