This was an amazing video! I loved that you focused on the positive aspects of her diet instead of negative talk surrounding it. She has a job and a profession that requires her to push her body to her limits… but she at least doesn’t encourage people to eat less, move more, etc… Such a great video 👌🏼

Eee! I LOVE Caroline's kickbox workout!! I always feel so powerful and badass when I do it. Def a fave for cardio. I've even tried it with hand weights, and PHEW it's awesome 😎
the skyr sounds delicious! also the sandwich looks kinda dry too, and totally agree with it needing crunch! i like a variety of textures when eating and if im gonna eat a sandwich like that, it would either be very toasted or have crunchy goodness inside!

I don’t think I have the luxurious to workout 2 hours a day everyday haha I’m a working mom if I can squeeze in twice a week in the gym that’s quite a miracle. but again that’s her job to look nice right? so she has to do all of the workout eat all the right food to maintain that amazing body

@@jaimefok yep! I get lots of stares and shit from my friends about it. But it’s pretty smart I think. Eat the ‘worst’ part of the pizza first (I’m also gluten free, so the crusts are normally terrible!)
Do you really think that’s a lot ? I eat a lot more than that for breakfast . I find when i train hard in the mornings I need to eat a good amount to have energy for the rest of the day .
