It is so frustrating watching a "pursuit" in California. They just follow the guy and watch him put countless citizens in danger. Then they wait for the guy to run out of gas or for his car to break down. Then the judicial system drop all charges.
They should have had him at 7:13 when he pulled into that parking lot, they should have blocked the entrance, but no, they let him drive right on out. what a JOKE!
This is California so he will be out within hours with all charges dismissed due to lack of evidence.
I want to support the police, always, but COME ON, officers:
ANOTHER LA pursuit where, at 7:30, suspect goes thru the ONLY entrance/exit to a pkg. lot, and multiple police cars FAIL to block the entrance, instead following him around and back OUT that entrance/exit like puppies.
The 2nd cop should AT LEAST stop IN the entrance to see if it’s a cul de sac. Why is there ZERO teamwork here ?
You can’t tell me this is JUST some defect in policy; they had him CORNERED, away from traffic and civilians and STILL failed to contain him, allowing him back INTO public danger.

I highly doubt he’ll spend years and years in prison. California prison are too the max. They letting prisoners go to make sure for higher offenses. This isn’t one of them.

Why are carmakers allowed to sell cars (or any vehicle) that can go faster than about 80 mph ? As it is today any car out there can achieve speeds of at least 140 mph. WHY ??
