I don't play balrog, but I notice he's a careful character. He deals so much damage per link, but he reads easily.

Punk really is a genius. I feel like he just felt Smug for the first two rounds and then just obliterated him in the three last rounds. Either that, or Smug had a secret deal with him. Both players are epic and funny, I love them.

Damn Balrog looks like he really struggles to deal with Karin on the ground. That s.mk is impossible to whiff punish and if he fishes with jab he runs the risk of getting crush countered with Karin’s s.Hk.

Stomp combo - unsafe
Straight puch - if not done correctly, unsafe
Tap until 2 - unsafe
screw smash - unsafe (even ex)
Dash grand blow - unsafe (ex is not plus)
I mean, try to play balrog before saying its cheap
I feel his lower taps should be safe on block and the higher ones unsafe the higher its charged, totally not fair for the strongest move in the game to be safer then every CA in the game imo. Also outchips every CA in the game thank god it can't chip kill like them.
I just played hard survival with Juri again and lost on round 49 again... after I decided to check frame data using the app FAT on most of the chars, I checked boxer's A.K.A as balrog and he is safe if not plus on all of his normals minus target combos and crouching HP and HK, if course most of his specials will be unsafe if this is the case lol, you said tap is unsafe until lv 2 but its minus 2 on lvl 1 ... Only char that can punish that is zangief...

D-pad. It’s more consistent than the analog stick

What i love so much about punk and smug is that they are both a$$holes, yet, when you put them together, they seem like absolute bros! I so want Punk, Smug and Justin Wong on a team. All three of them have epic pop-offs. Justin is on the street level, to be sure.

I don't know why people complain about Karin todau when back in season 2 was way stronger than she is today. Just watch how Punk just mashes normals when today he has to think every button he presses and hit confirm it plus she doesn't have anymore the mix up in the corner.
