Susan Davis’ “Hang the Stockings” video describes how to place the appliqué pieces.
In Deanna Hodson’s “Hanukkah Snowflake” video you will learn how to ‘rug punch’ with yarn, creating a dimensional texture in short time.
Deb Eggers warms up the season with her “Sleigh Ride” quilt, and she shows how to do needleturn appliqué.
I love these mini magazines! Thank you
Thank you Ann!
I have not been able to access the mini or any new information. I subscribed in November. I hate to cancel, but if I can't access it, it is no good to me.
Hey Jeanne, I can help. I'll email you. I have your email address from past communications.
i cannot download the mini. it is just an image. not a clickable link
Hi Marsha! I hope I can help you. If you look closely at the cover image, there is an arrow on the right, near the shovel and fireplace of the top right project.
Click on that, and you'll see in the bottom left corner, a small image of the magazine, labeled "Contents".
Click on that, and you'll see the words, "Download Issue". When you click on that, it will download.
It seems like a weird way to go about it, but that's how emagazines does it.

I can not download the mini. Also I'm a bit confused! Are these mini's replacing the regular magazine? I prefer just getting a paper magazine but understand it's cheaper to send it as a PDF but I don't like all of the rest. Another crafting website has started sending me daily "messages". I have been deleteing them without opening them but I'm tired of dealing with them so now I'm going to unsubscribe. Your magazine seems to be heading in that direction. When it becomes more of a burden than a joy I'll stop my subscription.
Hi @granmaB1948. I understand your frustration with the digital world. Quilters and stitchers are tactile people and we do love flipping through magazines. Unfortunately, it is difficult for a printed magazine to stay in business due the costs of paper, ink, and postage. So this is how we will stay afloat, publishing lovely patterns.
So yes, this monthly mini does replace the printed quarterly magazine.
