    A lawyer comes to court without all his evidence. No wonder why he did not win the case for this man. He's allegedly presenting himself as incompetent.🤷🏾‍♀️

      Agree! The average plaintiff is SOL if they don’t have evidence. Seems like she is protecting one of her own which is wrong.

      @@CarrieRay Exactly. She gave him a recess to explain it, then she gave him 72 more hours to explain it.
      And he'll come up with some sort of excuse for it, I'm sure.....and she'll happily say "Great! We're done then!"
      I think he did double-charge that $250.00. And he'll get away with it because he and the judge are lawyers.

      he lost BOTH cases so im sure he will not come up with anything if he could not even do it on the actual day in front of the judge .

      We don't know. Normally Harvey tells us. Not in this case.
      She should have found in the defendants favor on the 250.

    No Harvey they are not always honest. I've had 2 that were more dishonest than anything. One for divorce and the other to help my brother with his custody case.

      Depends. Some sell themselves on “you only pay if we win!” But they are usually taking more from you, and will only take a case they feel will be an easy win.

      ​@@blessedtobealivethere are many, but it's usually things like personal injury cases where money is expected to be won in litigation, if that makes sense.

    If you quote the whoe case at $500 now all a sudden its triple the price I would be pissed to. Tell him here's the $500 and depositions cost and I'm out. Anything else he wpuld eat. Terrible lawyer clearly unorganized, unprepared, and no proper Reciepts or documents! Clearly hes to lazy to earn the money he wants!

    I think that it was a case of sour grapes by the defendant and his retribution was making a half assed complaint to the bar against the plaintiff.

      I think he was trying to avoid going to court again. Like Harvey said at the end, you can contact the Bar to mediate attorney fee disputes.

    Any other case. The judge will make the defendant win. The plaintiff doesn't have proof. Didn't even bring his documents. How many times when a plaintiff says they were owed but the PC judge states no proof, no cash.. here is a 180 turn and she sides with the laywer.. this is why some of this is too funny and can't be taken seriously.. just a tv show. Nothing else..

    A lawyer's job is to be dishonest. They will lie and turn and twist facts to get the best possible outcome for their client, even if they know they are guilty.

    She gave the “Fellow Attorney” 72 hours to come up with why he billed an additional $250, but if this WASNT an Attorney, then she would have ruled.
    Sorry Judge, but you’re showing bias, which destroys YOUR credibility as an impartial Judge

    Okay, so what happened here was? The lawyer was in the wrong but because he was a lawyer. Not only did this judge not interrupt him. She gave him more time to go outside to look for and/or make up a lie as to whether 250 went. Because she's a lawyer as well. So she was giving him the benefit of the doubt. He came back with nothing, and then she gave him an extra 72 hours to think of a lie. What is disgusting example of judge lawyer bias.

    HELL I INVESTED 14MIN 49SEC & STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT THE $250 WAS FOR ....THE PLAINTIFF WASN'T PREPARED THAT'S PROBABLY WHY THE DEFENDANT LOST HIS CASE SMDH.
