It's a big commitment. If she has any responsibilities besides cosmetic maintenance, someone must be helping her live and pay bills. If it's not you or me, we shouldn't tell her to keep it very long like that. Whatever is good for her life. She might even sell it!

I notice when a lot of people say this it’s because they are either cutting it faster than it is growing, getting too many trims for example or it is damaged and snaps off at a certain length because of either excessive chemical or heat damage. If you never notice regrowth a couple months after lightening or dyeing it then your hair probably just grows at a super low rate
If you are muslims , i will teach how to make it growth jn one week, but if you don't , that's impossible, because you don't belive in Allah, i grow my hair by kuran , and watch the incredible results
