Who's butthurt? The Camaro is down 30hp compared to the Scat. The camaro didn't lose by much at all. I'd say that's pretty damn good considering the Hp difference. The Scat should have put a couple of car lengths on it. It didn't, and that probably has a lot to do with the huge weight difference. The LT1 is literally being starved of air in the higher RPMs. If a LT2 intake ever finds its way on top of that engine that will be the last time it ever loses to a 392. The Camaro has far more upgrade options then that 392 does.
So, you make excuses about HP and adding mods to the Camaro. Come on dude, the scat beats a Camaro ss and mustang in 1/4 every time stock for stock. That's what there made for. I have owned a scat and now a SS 1LE. Stop making excuses. The 1LE is far superior overall sports car but give the scat it's due for being a great off the line car. @@Blakehenry11
Nah if you matched it with an 8 speed Camaro like the challenger is the Camaro comes out on top. If you match the challenger with a manual transmission. The Camaro still comes on top. 40 or 60 roll an that manual Camaro walks away

I have a Challenger Scat Widebody and love it... but those SS Camaros are damn sweet too. We truly are living in a great time for factory performance.

It’s the Las Vegas heat and elevation. Your Sonata would probably run 1 to 1.5 seconds slower. Other than electric vehicles, all vehicles run slower.
