I found it helpful to have a few separate sources teaching Hiragana, as some of them have slightly different styles of writing characters so it becomes easier to discern the same letter written in different ways... keep at it! :)
@@solidturtle6910 It's fu but people say the sound it's a bit like "hu"... To me it sounds more like an f sound, really, but I'm no expert in Japanese
If the っ(tsu) is written in a small sized font “ほっべた” then the pronunciation should be paused and it should be read as “hopetta”. Other example : “かっこいい”(kakkoii)

There is no difference between hu and fu for Japanese. Same pronunciation.
