There is nothing more noble in a life’s purpose than crafting your own legacy while carrying on an important legacy of another. I applaud Mr. Schumacher and hope to see much more of their work. As a street artist turned architect, I remember coming across Zaha’s first book at the bookstore in the late ‘90s. By chance, It was the first architecture book that I opened. As an urban artist already embedded in the urban dynamic, I felt a complete transcendence from one medium to another. It was as if there was an immediate transformation from a 2D mind to 3D form.
