Love garage sales. I got a 3ds console, a "new" 3ds xl, 3ds Zelda tri force and Pokemon Sun all for $20 on Saturday. Later I got Wii sports, Wii Party,and Sports Resort for $1 ea, two PS2 guitar controllers with dongles for $5 ea. and a PS2 system with controller for $20. One of the guitars was a Pelican Aly & AJ Heart that I had never seen before. Over $600 for $53.
I love garage sales, yard sales and estate sales. Every time I pick up a wii play game I open it and find nothing. They are typically empty. At least the ones in the thrift stores I source at. So many people steal them from our local goodwills thinking they are getting a HOT game. LOL Super fun video! 💕 Love seeing what you pick up and hear what sells for you.💲 And I always learn something💡
This last week at an estate sale, their was a fill a bag for $10 to get rid of everything. Also a 1$ bin with somehow a fully working Xbox 360, old controllers like n64, Texas Instruments calculator and vintage games. Also picked up like 40 Xbox 360 and ps games into a bag for 10$ lol 😂
Just drove to Pea Ridge for a N64 in the box with purple controller edition with 6 N64 games still the in box complete. He was the original owner from 1999. LOVE YOUR SHOWS YOU THE MAN.
I’ve had two or 3 games in one box for PlayStation 2 and 3 before ( because an example of this was where I bought an Skylanders game for PS3 and hidden inside the manual was godfather 2 game and chronicles of Riddick for PlayStation 3 ) so it happens sometimes… but I had the movie bad grandpa hidden in an 2012 movie box as well as an DVD case for another example, so @retrorick this even happens with DVD movies as well sometimes too…
great video rick but yeah ive also noticed alot of increased prices goodwill's and salvation army's game wise in the nepa area (northeast pa) what was 2-3$ now mostly 5$ and up smh majority even keep most games behind the counter too which for me kind of ruins the fun of the hunt looking through the dvds and finding games always felt like finding a diamond in the rough to me at least lol! good game hunting pals!
Should have came to my yard sale. Had some high price games though, managed to sell a few to a reseller who I’m sure will make some decent profit. 🤷♂️

Yeah Blue Wii Nunchuk is not to be overlooked. Don't know how it was in the US, but here in Europe the only way to get an original blue Nunchuk, was with the blue Wii bundle (Sonic). The blue Wii controller was available in stores. So If (As with the older consoles) you wanted a set with different color for each player, getting that blue nunchuk was a bit tricky. Black, White, Red and Blue (Or you could go for a gold set as your 4th color) ;)

Trauma series is awesome. Got both DS games, though one didn't have a manual and been trying to pick it up for a while now. They don't get listed often. But also stumbled upon the first wii game. And Recently found sly 3 for $10 at my local store, and picked it up while also getting a PS2 fat for $80 with an og controller. They happened to have a fat and slim that day too. Funny because i just got some money from a job and said "If they have a PS2, I'll spend up to $100 for it... I'm not buying any other console though" because i'd built quite a ps2 collection without a ps2 to play it. And sure enough, they had 2 PS2. I went for the fat since it stacks better than the slim.
Was expecting the spice girls movie to be worth nothing in the uk as obviously they're from the UK but I can't believe it sells for £20 in the uk aswell! Lol cheers I'll keep an eye out for it on my rounds 😁

Right around @9:05, you're looking at Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha on PS1. You don't remember how much they wanted, do you? I'm just curious. It's my top, all-time favorite Street Fighter game. Not many Street Fighter fans seem to care about it, but they're missing out. The gameplay in that game is honed to absolute perfection.

Game exchange definitely does not honor the price. This weekend I was checking out with a loose copy of Ghost Trick for $75 when they said “this is way underpriced and we can’t sell it for that”.
You really should always check the cases I can confirm this because I bought Guitar Hero 3 legends of rock for the wii for a dollar and it also had a copy of Dj hero 2! not the best score but I'll take it!

Don’t want to sound like a hater or anything, I love your videos. but it’s pretty difficult to game hunt here where i live. Lot of people aren’t really that nice. Like just today I went to a yard sale and asked how much for a bike he had. I have hearing loss so I hear cochlear implants, I didn’t understand what he said so I politely said sorry I have hearing loss I didn’t quite understand. He gets pissed off and says “well get the f*** over here so I can f***ing talk to you”. I just walked away. Btw he wanted $100 for it, overpriced beat up bike. We have 3 goodwills here, all small ones no dvd sections just books and clothes. Pretty sure they take games to the online store.
I really hated this episode. You need more solo goodwill episodes.... JK, I'm drunk and I must admit this one was my favourite $10 game collection episode so far. Keep up the good work

Sadly too many people are thieves, and that makes them put games inside a display case.

Always check the cases at a Goodwill. I found a bottle cap in one case...no game...just a bottle cap.
