For the trekking shoes cuts and Rotom V doubtfulness, I think a heavy Ninja ex line count (2-0-2, 2-0-1, or 1-0-2) is fine. But a 1-0-1 Feraligatr line works for a single prize cannon. A 1-1 Pelipper line also fits in for consistency/recovery. Otherwise, this deck is pretty cracked. It's super fun and addicting. With or without the 1-3 shoes.
