Well, Koorui is essentially HKC, the third-largest display manufacturer in China, the one who made the panels for ASUS, MSI, etc. It is only natural that they can have a bit more control over the pricing.
That is the USPS for you. Before the pandemic they were really good caring about your packages now they just don't really care. There shipping and receiving packages has gone downhill. It is bad that other companies that ship and receive packages have done better jobs then the USPS but that is just my opinion.
I'm considering getting this monitor for coding and productivity because of the resolution. The 144hz is just a bonus, not that important to me. Will the grainyness be a big issue? Should I just get a 1080p monitor of the same size?

so ive had the koorui 27e1qa for a few days now and using it for my ps5… i cant seem to get it to run at 120hz though. i tried messing with the settings on the ps5 AND the monitor as well as switch the two hdmi ports AND tried using different hdmi cables.. all for it to still not run 120hz, i can run 720p, 1080p, 1440p and all of those coildnt achieve that 120hz. any help with this would be appreciated so much!

Yes the darker scenes appear like it is foggy, and even on clear bright scenes the immage is like a 4K TV with poor upscaling of low resolution video. Watching RUclips is OK but lacks clarity, watching a full film with a lot of dark scenes is no fun. There is no way that these monitors meet the advertised spec, even text has an edge to it. Grain is good my friend. it reduces banding. Maybe try stepping away from the screen and use it like you normally would.
Crazy thing is it's probably better than the monitor I spent $3,000 on less than 10 years ago
Isn't Moore's law great!? 😂
Can't wait to scoop up a 4k 180hz monitor for $300 here in a few years lol.
It could also have crappy durability. With these cheap monitors it's not uncommon for the backlight to die in a year or so.

Obvious ghosting due to the VA panel during your first gaming run. Tried changing the overdrive settings if it minimizes it?
It still has some ghosting even on overdrive to

why is your links for the koorui monitor going to an Asus monitor?

When I enabled HDR on my Acer Nitro monitor, everything turns greyish. I've read about it yet still don't understand it. 🤷♂🤷♂
What do you have it connected to?
You have to enable HDR in windows, as well! Then it'll look normal

Benq monitors nowadays are overrated in my opinion.

Is it just the video quality or the monitor itself. ff16 , cyberpunk or any gameplay looks so atrocious especially when panning.

what kind of speakers can i use because i bought sum speakers and it didnt work for my koorui 24inch monitor but it worked for my computer
