PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a fantastic alternative to filler if you have tear troughs. We perform PRF for tear troughs with a cannula because it is very safe and minimizes the likelihood of bruising, and we also use lidocaine with this procedure to help keep you comfortable.
Within 3-4 months your body will have time to form the collagen that we stimulate with the PRF!

It will be so nice if we can see the photo of those under eyes when healing is complete.
Does PRP have the risk of vascular occlusion/embolism as PRF does?
it may clot inside, but the clot will be relatively small
I experienced a esthetitian mixing the Plasma Rich in Fibrin with a component of PLASMA, was this process NOT supposed to have the blood and fibrin MIXED with plasma after taking it ut of tubes??????
how likely are complications/vascular occlusions/blindness with prf injections?
There are no complications with with PRF injections. PRF Ez Gel, however, has risk of occlusion because of its viscosity-- like a filler- it can block a vessel. That's why it's important to see an experienced provider.
Hello doctor ! This is an amazing video. I have hollowness under my eyes with some dark circles , does this treatment treat hollowness just like how fillers do and how long does the result stay ? Thank you so much
Absolutely. PRF generates brand new tissue to add volume to the hollows and the results last as long as the new tissue lasts.
@@RejuvenationMD thank you doctor
Love it!
You didn't mention spin speed. Mine is always a fibrin clot hardly any liquid.
low speed
No fibrin clot not prf, then you allow the clot to release the fibrin then you inject that fibrin along with the prp
Is there a risk of and artery clog as in fillers?
yes
@@lorenastars1039
How would you dissolve it?(Fillers=hyloronidase)
@@jennyquezada9644 clot-dissolving drugs in case of emergency. in reality, you can't do it yourself. dangerous
Where can you I receive training ?
Does this help with herniation under eyes?
No, it will generate new collagen tissue.
So prf is just the gold plasma? The blood is mixed with it?
prf is not a plasma
Can you do this as in RN Or NPRN?
Definitely, you need train get a certificate, that’s it 👍
I thought that only people from 22-25 could do this?
No, why would that be? We treat people of all ages with PRF.
@@RejuvenationMD Why would you even need it at that age, my God!
Guys don’t be fooled. This is not equivalent to filler. It is a thin consistency that is gone within a few days and will never fill a hollow even after 3 sessions. It might make the skin condition a little better if you have crepey skin but does not have the capacity to fill in. If you have hollows you will still need filler after spending a couple thousands on this treatment. I tried both PRF and EZ Gel twice each and still need filler for the hollows.
How long did the PRF lasted? did your esthetitian mixed it with extra plasma after it extracted the blood?
@@anpe6524 not sure how it was mixed but the effect lasted about a week of looking filled in then about a month before it went back to normal. 3 months later it looked worse than before. I do not recommend. $ better spent in filler.
@@duchessdelarue5983 Thank you so much for this feedback! they sell the photos of "the immediate results" but the real ride starts after "the pretty photo" is taken.
