Thus might sound dumb but would you do a full video explaining the whole wallet and keys thing like explaining how it all works so I and others can make sense and understand the concept better. Like what's a wallet address is it the same as a public key as I read on one thing it is and on another its not. What's the diffrence from a wallet what you store your keys on to a wallet address. Is the wallet just literally a place to store your keys? Does it have its own address linked to the block chain? Can you send crypto to your wallet with your private key say you have two wallets and your sending from one to the other. Or do you have to send it using the public key. Does your wallet address change as I seen someone say when you use a paper wallet be careful as if you send crypto be careful as the address won't be no more you have to send it all or something like that. I wasn't quite sure of what they were saying, but he said alot of people have lost there crypto thinking its still in that wallet address. Hiw does that seed phrase work, is it just for the wallet where your keys are kepted? I want to fully understand it before I get one. I got about 15k of different ones so I Want to fully know I'd be gutted to loose it for not fully knowing how it works. Would you recommend the one key wallet? I seen your video on it. And would you do anything on how to be secure and private, like what browsers, vpn, antivirus, password apps ect are the best and are they worth it. And also the best practices. I'm not the best on computers ant advice on where to learn about computers starting from the beguinning as a complete novice. Sorry for all the stuff I'd like 😂 I just want to learn it all. Massively appreciate it if you could help
Buy and hold this next top 5 project $KASPA only one..!!!
Don't waste your time going down the YT rabbit hole. You can just watch this video. Clearly, it is still the easiest way to acquire KAS. Great video sir!
You are a Legend, thank you for educating/saving future Kaspians !!
Awesome my favorite crypto Dad talking bout Kaspa.... that's super bullish for Kaspa!!!
If crypto dad talks about it then is definitely bullish.
Holding it on Tangem wallet is the safest and user-friendliest.
I thought so until i actually purchased Tangem 2. See my comment.
Can you move Kas from Kaspium wallet to tangem?
I don't have a lot of cold-storage experience... any really. Tangem worked like a charm for a newbie such as myself. I'd recommend it and do.
@@rashomonseres Newer to crypto and all these wallets and addresses is extremley discouraging. I ordered the tangem wallet, but where do i upload my kaspa when it comes time to sell? Back to uphold?
I noticed at 14:05 of the video, when you try to make a withdraw of kaspa to your external wallet, there is no withdrawal fee added to your transaction. However, when I try to make a withdrawal to my external wallet, Uphold charges me 5.35025 KAS or 0.99cents for the transaction. My question is: why are you not being charged a withdrawal fee in Uphold? Do you have a special type of account? Thank you for you response in advance.
Great video - I needed this a month ago ;) 😅
Great video! Still waiting for a video on Exodus wallet. Surprised you haven’t done one yet.
Kaspa 🔥🚀🌙
Would the avg price paid still be the same by transferring from uphold to Tangem?
Can I send kaspa to ledger nano x from uphold? It says it’s an erc20 token
👑Kaspa Kas 👑🚀🚀🚀🔥10$👑
Kaspa will easily reach $100B market cap for the 2025 bull run
I only like desktop for some reason my laptop is blocking the download saying it’s not safe would you know a way to fix this ?
hi crypto dad can you make a video how to sent aptos from martian wallet to bitget please thanks
KAS for ledger
Hola !lkaspa compounding address how it work ,how do I get my kappas ?gracias por su ayuda .
Uphold
I think you might be the right person to ask. I see in one of your videos you might be married to a filipina and thus probably familiar with the problem of sending payments from the US / Canada / Europe to the Phils.Since Kaspa was designed to be used for micro payments, I'm trying to figure out the best way to use it in the Phils. Your Hot wallet examples are fine, but there's really no use in sending Kaspa to some other Kaspa wallet for the purpose of simply storing more Kaspa in a different location. How about sending Kaspa for micro payments ? The recipient ( lets say someone in the Phils ) can then convert it to Dollars or Pesos, and
withdraw it from the local bank. Can this be done ? I know it's a long question but I looked for your e-mail and could not find it.
No reply to my legit question ? Unsubscribe ! 😡😡
Does the price action actaully
Move within the wallet?
When your coins are in the wallet, if the market value of the coins change, then the value of the coins you have in your wallet also changes. Just like gold, if you're hiding it under your bed, in a shoebox, and the price of gold goes up, then the gold coins in your shoe box are worth more.
i cant send my aptos
I was wondering if you can do a tutorial on sending kaspa from uphold phone app to ledger nano x on bluetooth?
Yes, I heard that there is now a Kaspa app for the ledger device, but Kaspa is not supported in Ledger Live. I’ll check into what 3rd party Wallet it works with.
@@CryptoDad thank you very much! That would be a big help
How did you verify kaspa wallet address again?
I used what's called a shasum checker software to verify my download. You can find two different ones here:
Shasum checker Software: raylin.wordpress.com/downloads/md5-sha-1-checksum-utility/
Online ShaSum checker: emn178.github.io/online-tools/sha256.html
To verify a wallet address. What I usually do is send a small test transaction from my source to my destination wallet and wait for it to come in. That way I know that the address is good and the wallet is set up properly before I make large transfers.
What are the pros/cons to holding a native token within a native wallet vs an ethereum wrapped version of KAS or any eth wrapped token for that matter? Sure wish Ledger would focus their time on developing support for newer coins rather than spending that time developing controversial updates & features! **Disregard...just did some quick research and found out the pro/cons to wrapped tokens.
Even though you've added the **disregard, I would say the main thing with ERC 20. are the high fees.
@@CryptoDad Thank you sir for your reply! Just downloaded the Kaspa wallet with your tutorial. And thanks for the steps on checking the SHA1. Wasn't aware of that 'safety' check.
@@billydanzzhold your kas in a tangem! Not an exchange
@@Top10soon What you just said has absolutely NOTHING to do with the question I asked about wrapped tokens. Type less.... Comprehend more....
Next best coin...on the next best wallet...oh snap! Right back to Uphold.
Thanks for that!! How do I sell the KAS when I;m ready? Say I already have some in my KAs wallet but I want to sell a few? How do I do that? Where to do it?
Transfer it back to the exchange where you purchased it. Basically, do what I showed you in reverse. This time you're sending Kaspa from your wallet to the exchange. In this case, Uphold.
@CryptoDad let's say I already have kas in tangem and using uphold for the first time to send kas over to sell it.. will I have to wait to move out my funds after I sell?
@@Top10soon no the cooling off. Only applies to fiat transfers from your bank, or ,ATM/credit card. It’s my understanding that crypto transfers are available right away. You might want to double check this by transferring a small amount and seeing if you can sell it and withdraw it. Then you’ll be ready.
@@CryptoDad thanks alot! Kas will be top 10 by mid 2024-2025 🔥🔥🔥
I wish I could use Uphold in NY!
Use vpn
Thanks. Just tried. Uphold was down for maintenance. Will try again later.
Uphold keep 65 days before you can move funds out!
They changed that it’s now five days. You can see in the video the warning that they gave me said five days.
@CryptoDad Wow will nice if they did! Thanks Rex
Binance listing Kas!
Yeah, I kind of figured. I’m jealous we can’t access Binance from the US anymore.
@@CryptoDad Coinbase next?
Uphold has it own individual wallet, why do you still need tangem?
Uphold is not a wallet. Uphold is an exchange. You do not control the private key. If Uphold goes bankrupt, you lose all of your crypto. Tangem is a self custody wallet. You control the private key.
Damn we are still early lol
where can we get the gpa key manager its not in gpg4 win anymore any ideas ?
Kaspa $100 during bull market!
You're new to this huh? Lol I can tell with your unrealistic prediction lol
Yes very doable, but within 2-3 bull markets
It will be amazing for it to it 5$
@@Top10soon yes, they seem like a crypto rookie, but they will learn how it works eventually.
@Eleo828 my realistic prediction for this upcoming bullrun is $3.50+
Yes $5 is doable too but $100? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@Top10soon if we talk about doable, then 10-25$ would be realistic
uphold is a scam i would stay away
How is Uphold a scam? It's a cryptocurrency exchange. They're not stealing people's crypto. They're totally regulated and based in the US. If they were a scam, they would have been shut down long ago.
MexC has Kaspa
Yes, I checked. But for me in the US. I'm blocked from using their service.
@@CryptoDadyou have to have a VPN to use mexc but zero maker and taker fees they do have the lowest fees but I don't trade and don't like the you have to use VPN because they can just take your account and nothing u could do about it
@@CryptoDad I tried to set up with MEXC (I am interested in Kaspa) and they didn't block me. I have a VPN but do not pretend to be from anywhere else than the US. I did have to click I am not from a jurisdiction etc. but I figured they meant Iran. But they know I am a Brit living in the US unless they do not read what I answered and some robot is handling everything. The problem I had was I am not set up yet on my iPhone securely so I tried KYC-ing on a laptop and was rejected about 10 times because the laptop camera/lighting would not take pictures they would accept. Could not find a way to upload jpegs or pdfs of my documents. I have given up, hence my interest in Uphold.
VPN sir@@CryptoDad
