Shadow Home Affairs Minister James Paterson says there is a “welcome change of heart” from Kevin Rudd with his stance on China.
Kevin Rudd has warned of the threat Xi Jinping poses to the West in his new book.
Mr Paterson told Sky News host Sharri Markson that there is “a lot to agree with” from the book.
