You know what it's like to have a dream slowly come true? Sometimes, it barely feels real. We're often in awe, saying to ourselves, "We're doing it! We're really doing it!" That's what seeing our land for the first time felt like. The plans for where we'll build are still unfolding, but we're so happy to be able to see our dreams coming to fruition. We're still thinking about what to name various areas like the hills and the path down to the brook. Tell us, what would you name these peaceful spots?

What an incredible property, opportunity to live on experience and develop. You could just see the happiness in both of your eyes. And what beautiful country. So happy for you both, many years of happiness on that farm.🎉❤

So here are some thoughts for appropriate names that you can use. Considering that as you describe, the land was used for logging, it is perhaps useful and appropriate, that liberty/freedom from natures exploitation be celebrated. The ancient Greek Goddess "Artemis" was sometimes used to personify liberty and freedom. Perhaps one of the hills on the property can be named Artemis.

@Sophie-go3ql we really like this idea! We have other connections to Artemis (i use her in a book i wrote) so this really speaks to us. We can imagine using this in art in the property, too. Thank you!

Beautiful land. Mate if that brook is deep enough and doesn't freeze what a spot for a water wheel.

@@chadb5039 we'd love to give that a try. We might also try wind turbines.
