I have to disagree. I think it was mostly from the media perspective. The media was after him like an assassin. But we know how good he was. There are few players you see coming into a match and think, “we’re gonna win for sure”, can never forget his rocket 🚀 launcher left foot and how such a one footed player of his build could just dominate games.
