Playing the Beat it solo without a whammy bar reminds me of that time Luke Skywalker was flying through the caverns of the Death Star; turned off his targeting computer and used the force.
So tapping is easy just build up the speed, especially when it gets faster. Pinching is also easy you just need to know where on the string (in the middle ). Legato ist the hardest one to learn.

The way you play the part at 0:42 up above the 12th fret, it's slightly different from 99% of every other beat it solo. Something about your timing/phrasing...I'm not dissing in any way, I like the way you play it, there was just something in that slight bit of difference that stood out for me 👍 Great cover btw, very hard WITH a whammy bar never mind without Very
