      So happy they've been helpful!
Here's a few more targeting the shoulders that can help:

But I'd also do some that target the upper spine. I'm releasing one of these 5 min videos per week, and there's some coming up soon for the spine, so stay tuned!

I had a major stroke 1.5 years ago. My affected arm got remapped by my Chinese Dr. 10 days after my stroke. I like your "mindful" approach. I wonder how you acquired this insight? Your comments and thinking resonate with me. Spot on, Thx.

Thanks so much for watching! That’s so wonderful you remapped your arm!
I’m an Anat Baniel Method/NeuroMovement Practitioner, so learned the technique in my trainings with Anat Baniel. She had amazing guest speakers about neuroplasticity, including Jill Bolte Taylor and Dr. Merzenich.
My daughter has a rare genetic disorder, so I work with a lot of kids with brain injuries and disorders. This work is very close to my heart ❤️

Thanks so much for your reply. I am super impressed with your sensitivity and awareness ; I often wonder about practitioners who have not had a stroke trying to help stroke survivors. I must say you bridge that gap beautifully with your aptly named channel @@MindFullMoves

@@pandoraefretum awww thanks so much! That really means a lot. My parenting journey has taught me to listen (and believe!) the people who are actually going through the experience.
