There is nothing better than getting a cheap Brazilian star player though, managed to net a first team player for my Portuguese premier league team for just a million quid, foreign release clause was 16 million(aka half a years income for my team at the time) but his domestic release clause was just 500k so when a Brazilian team triggered that release clause i jumped right in with the offer of 1 million which they accepted(presumably with extreme frustration at that other Brazilian club)

@@gameplaytv1374 maybe I'll add some more leagues into my save. I have one more question, what difference does it make if a league is playable compared to watchable?
For me personally Eastern Europe is a go to place for quality players. Fairly cheap to buy, and easier to sell because some leagues have cap for players outside of EU, and most of Eastern Europe countries are in EU so many more clubs can approach to sign them and be within the foreign player cap per club.

So when to use team talks and which options to use, and are there any hints on what personality types to use in personal chats, e.g. some players seem to dislike being congratulated on making their international debut.
If i play in the lower leagues of England, I always look to N. Ireland for regens. They tend to show up with a fair few decent talents and are always dirt cheap
Scotland probably got similar rules as England so your new players need a certain number of international caps to get a work permit. Without that you can't register them. But I'm not sure though, I've never played in Scotland. :D

this whole video is just a huge flex
Can you show us your Belarus save? I took Shahkter Soligorsk too the Semi's in CL on FM16 built up the league rep, so I had 3 teams going into CL. Dished off my cast offs to the rest of the league to strengthen it.
All the players that I find don't have work permits.. please help me
I am having the same issue.
I'm confused as to how you're getting these west african players.
Do you load these countries into the database or how do you do it?
@@ZealandonYT Ah nvm I found it and got it to work. what I meant was : are you individually loading these regions (non playable) and at least that's what I did now to get it to work.
@@ZealandonYT Hm interesting. well my tank can run it so it's all good either way ;)
I am scouting in all these regions but whenever i try to buy a kid they don't get a work permit. Is there a way to solve this? Managing Celtic btw
Pay over a certain transfer fee and you dont need a permit.
I'd like to see a vid on how to maintain morale, this seems to inexplicably drop over time despite initially doing well. So when to use team talks and which options to use, and are there any hints on what personality types to use in personal chats, e.g. some players seem to dislike being congratulated on making their international debut.
0:38 best Vader impression ever
It won’t let me scout west Africa, anybody know why?
aah....Western Africa..I've done it with my Feyenoord save at FM12. pretty damn good talents down there
Portugal is always a great place for regen wonderkids on the cheap
I find most of them to be too expensive same as Brazil, Argentina etc
Guys my scouts only scout in europe, how can i change this?
If i play in the lower leagues of England, I always look to N. Ireland for regens. They tend to show up with a fair few decent talents and are always dirt cheap
i can´t register the young ones from africa for my Glasgow rangers save. is it just the league rules hindering me, or am i missing something?
Scotland probably got similar rules as England so your new players need a certain number of international caps to get a work permit. Without that you can't register them. But I'm not sure though, I've never played in Scotland. :D
My save at Leeds only lets me search Europe anyone know why
What I did on fm19 is look at national teams. I managed to get a 16 year old free agent playing in the czech u19 team and also got an attached armenian who was 17 or 18 in the national team for a grand price of £0 as hus value was next 2 nothing
What really shocks me from this video is watching an american guy having some knowledge about geography
anyone know why none of those players are findable ingame for me altho i have all players loaded?
@@ZealandonYT ah yeah i was confused that they had real faces so i though they are real players. i found the regen face video afterwards xD
Awesome video! I have a question though, do you have every single league ticked before starting the save? Does this impact scouting/finding players in this region if you don’t have Croatian/Slovakian leagues enabled for example?
@ me if you can explain scoutihg packages in relation to this video. Im playing inportugal and can only afford the portugal package. Can i still scout other continents? I have an affiliate club in brazil but can i also scout argentina or west africa?
Socceroos scarf in the background? I approve!
On Fm19 I had a Czech regen in my Birmingham City save (Petr Hrabina, God bless his name), I signed him in the second season for 9mil, won me the FA Cup the first year, next year won me the Prem and then I sold him for 80mil. Only afterwards I realised it was the biggest mistake I could ever make
Important detail: right after I signed him I took a screenshot and posted it on am Fm facebook group and see what people think of him. The majority said he wasn’t good enough for the Prem. They were proved wrong
Interesting topic! However, I tried starting a game with the database including every player in Africa and can still not find a single one of the players you mention in the video. Is there a reasonable explanation anyone can offer?
@@ZealandonYT No, I mean i cannot physically find any of the players you provide as examples. And I have them specifically selected in the database.
@@ZealandonYT Aha, that explains it!
Do you need to have these regions activated in your save?
