Screenflow. Rarely used, but I find a ton of wonderkids on it regardless of what level of football I am playing at, because in bigger countries with good youth recruiting and teams with good setups (Engalnd, Brazil, Portugal etc) you can find a lot of youngsters who may not be world class, but are 140-160PA players. A knowledge of what clubs to look at in what countries also comes in handy. But screenflow, good scouting, and country knowledge comes in handy.
Use your best scout to get a team report on all the top youth academies is the best way rather than manually trawling through them, you can get one report a day so will have a lot of knowledge in no time!
Off the top of my head I'm not sure, that is not something I have ever encountered before. Are there similar options to sort by number of youth products or training facilities? If you can't search by youth academy, those other two options would be good as well.
I've never played FM on console before so I'm not totally sure how it would work. If you can't find reputation, it may be beneficial to use some of the other search parameters console does have to help narrow down wonderkids.
The reason you're able to see youth academy is because you have in-game editor turned on. I don't think it'll be possible for anyone without in-game editor.
@@sanjeevmalik9442 Click exactly where he does. You click the Globe on the top right corner, then World and so on. That if you're playing on PC, i'm not sure how's the interface on console.
As with the previous comments, you can see star rating for youth academies without the in game editor, but using the in game editor would allow you to see the actual numbered (not star) rating. If you are using the default skin on a PC then this should work, if you are using a different skin for the game or are playing on a console or mobile then I'm not sure what it would like. Alternatively, you can also try and sort by other options (i.e., training facilities and # of youth products are also good indicators) to help you find good young players from other countries.
I also do not see the option, my guess is that playing with attribute masking hides the option. I play with masking on and the option isn't present for me on FM23. It makes sense, how would you possibly know the level of each academy without scouting them first.
I got 2 Spanish wonderkids for free because they were in a Spanish amateur club. Absolute destroyed the u19 Bundesliga , and PSG , real and barca is trying to sign the goalie
If the players on those teams are greyed out, it is because you do not have a large enough database for those players to be included in your save. You are more likely to find players on u19 national teams that are (1) in nations where you have the leagues loaded and (2) in nations where those players have a higher reputation.
@@FilipinoFM but sometimes I don't see any names, for example with Belgium U18 I don't see any names, but I do have all Belgium competitions in my database
@@milanoudstein4099 Ah I see. So in that case the Belgium u19s don't have a team or aren't in any competitions, so they don't have any players registered with that team. This is also sometimes the case for u21 teams, depending on the nation and the competitions they are entered in. In those cases, check the u18 or u23 squads instead, as that is where those players will be registered.
As a coach this fascinates me thank you I’ve this game yesterday there’s so much depth in the game absolute quality information across the board
Thanks, hope you enjoy playing the game!
nice video always from you, thanks
Thank you!

Excellent point on the team reports, especially if you're playing with attribute masking on it becomes even more helpful!
when i went to the club list i couldnt sort by youth academy, do you know why?? (im on fm23)

how do you do this on console the Reputation button isn't there

You can see the youth academy without the in-game editor, but using that, is letting you see the hidden attributes and so on
@@theGaMEr919 Can you be a little more specific? How do i achieve that, i don't see that option on my end at all. Would appreciate the help.

Great finds! I've also had a few show up randomly in the NXGN awards who I've been able to sign on a free and it's always a great deal
