    Almost all your videos that I noticed are concise, with clear and evidence based information. You definitely improve our concept and confidence of giving regional anaesthesia. Keep it up Arun..... We’re so proud of you!!!😊😊😊

    Been doing landmark-technique hematoma blocks for the fractured clavicles (which I pin or plate) and dislocated AC joints (which I do coracoclavicular ligament augmentations on using Arthrex's Dogbone system) for years now. Glad to see this block technique evolve as "ultrasound-guided clavipectoral block" (which finally got showcased in scientific fora by 2017). This block technique is very versatile and practical. I haven't even needed to do GA in years.

    Hello! Interesting video!
    Which concentration of Ropivacaine do you suggest for these block, in association with cervical plexus block? Thank you!

    • @ARUNANAESTHESIAACADEMY
      @ARUNANAESTHESIAACADEMY  Год назад

      Thank you for watching and supporting. Only sensory block is intented with cervical plexus blocks. 0.125 to 0.25 % bupivacaine, 0.2 % ropivacaine will do the work.
