How does the location of the fractures influence your decision of the injection site and direction of the needle / catheter?

como siempre excelente y muy claro , que diferencia hay si ponemos solo el mencionado BRILMA o si abordamos ademas de el serrano anterior el latisma dorsal, en su experiencia o en lo descrito que volumen usa en cada infiltración ?? ( serrano anterior y latisma dorsal)

EDSON ANHUAR MERCADO CASTELLANOS son dos técnicas distintas. El bloqueo anterior del Serrato y el bloqueo profundo. Eliges una u otra. El BRILMA es una pequeña variación del bloqueo del plano profundo
