i understand using ai for reading the stories,but can you please please please use actual human-made stories rather than ai made,reddit is filled to the brim with them
There is a youtube channel named Scifi Geek which uploads 100% human written stories. fun to watch but very less people know about that channel. Sad to hear.
Those channels steals content from the authors. So don't promote it
Basically ai is crap writing stories. Rules do not mean a thing when writing a story, garbage in means garbage out. And a 'story' has to be accurate. When a mistake is made, the writer knows where and when the mistake is made, he/she wrote it. AI doesn't have that capacity/capability. You see, an ai might have the capacity to generate the words in a story, it doesn't have the capability to make sense of the meaning of those words.
A lot of these stories sound the same, are they made by AI, that would explain the similarities.
It also explains the limited vocabulary.
Not a single cheating husband or evil MIL.
A great beginning ~ the question: can we here on earth come to an equally cooperative and understanding place among ourselves here on earth?? We are far from ready to venture into joining such an alliance if there is one OUT THERE among the stars.

For example, while I was in the Air Force I was assigned to document a project and was imbedded with this team of physicists. One day we were having a philosophical discussion about "First Contact" and this temp-hire lab tech, who was a Evangelical Christian, chimed in that the first thing he'd want to know was if they believed in God, and if they didn't they'd force them of the planet!
Now, here's some beings who have the technology to traverse umpteen-thousands-to-millions of light-years, and definitely ultra-advanced weaponry to boot, who came here peacefully, and instead of having meaningful dialogue this Chris-Lamic's only concern is who they worship and starting a fight!

Interesting story, but I doubt humans will ever sail among the stars as this story goes….humanity has a long way to go in understanding anything even with it’s own species, let alone elsewhere in the cosmos, including even with our planet Earth, our only home. It’s too focused on personal gains, profit and egotistical values to stop and think about anything else….until it’s too late. 🤔😥

there are few words that strike fear into the hearts of men Men then " I'M with the government and I'm here to help" AS a rule ANY government is NOT there to help common people which is Why we help each other .Want to invade America go ahead ,90% of us Are armed and know how to use our weapons. This felt like a "cliche storm" from start to finish...because that's exactly what it was.It might've been nice with some ACTUAL descriptions rather than "razor sharp" or "fearsome" or "empathetic",those words are so common place & generic that they have 0 meaning.It was very average,something I'd show to a child to introduce it to HFY.
