Fun fact: you posting this video on my birthday is an even bigger sign that my first trip abroad will be one for the books. 😊
Hey Marie, our family travelled to Seoul a month ago and we planned tonnes of our itinerary around some of the locations and cafes you have covered in your videos. Thanks so much, it was awesome to have such great suggestions and funky little cafes to see. My kids loved it. Now we watch your videos to remind us of Seoul and our trip. Maybe one day we will return! 🍧🧁🍡
Hi! I"m so glad to hear that some of my videos helped you in planning your trip and I'm happy that you enjoyed yourselves!! Seoul can be such a fun city to visit. There is so much to see and do. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment!! :)
Hi marie, Firstly i want to say thank you for your video as it is very helpful since im going to korea in upcoming march. I love your video sm bcause you always point out the cutie stuffs and places ^^ And i have one question, are we allow to take some interior's pictures or videos in shop/cafe if we didnt order or buy anything/food? Tq :)
Hi Suraya, Most cafes will want you to buy something, but for stores like Stretch Angels they let you take photos without buying anything! Usually if it's a pretty busy store, the staff won't even notice. :)
Hi Marie! I have recently subscribed to your channel! Enjoying all your Korean tour videos so much! They are very helpful and have great contents. We are visiting Korea this April (1-4), our first time. Hoping you could give us your recommended itinerary for our short trip. Thanks so much and more power to you!
Hi Rizza, it depends on what you like whether it’s shopping or cafes or seeing historical and traditional sites ;). Most tourists go to at least Insadong and Myeongdong and I have videos for that on my channel 😀 if you want to eat at a traditional market I recommend having a meal at Gwangjang market also! Ikseon-dong is a really hip and trendy neighborhood with old Hanok houses so I love that neighborhood too :)

@@MariesKawaiiWorld thanks......
Hi Marie, how much was the set meal at huwahuwa? love your vids btw!!!
Hmm I think it was around $12-14 USD or so?
Do you have a video of Gyeongbukjong palace?
I'm planing to do a video on that palace :)
I LOVE IT
Thank you!!!
Just moved to Korea (close to here) barely know Korean and was curious how difficult it is to go from restaurant to restaurant with the language barrier?
I've wonder which one do you think is better for booking a place between garosugil and apgujeongrodeo?
Hmm that’s a hard one. I don’t have too much experience with Seoul hotels...
Does the Papa Recipe flagship store still there?
how expensive were the items in the vintage store? ( Like the Chanel bags )
Hi Reese! I am sorry, I didn't ask the prices..
Could I ask - if is it okay just to go window shopping at such fancy shops? Or it will be not well-meet?
hello !! im going korea soon , may i know how long it takes to travel ? for example , from myeongdong to hongdae by subway ?
Hi! In central Seoul most places take about 20-40 minutes, it depends on where you’re going!
Yummy food
So good!! :)
In Art Nouveau their bags are real ? And these are expensive ?
He said some are fakes and some are real. L. I’m not sure about prices, I didn’t ask.
How far myeongdong to garosugil?
Not sure, maybe 20 min? You can download the Kakao metro app for specific times ;)
Great video! I used to live in Seoul, but like you said, stores, cafes, and restaurants are always changing, so it seems like a new city every time I visit. I can't wait to check out some of these places next month.
Yes, things are always changing! Even in garosugil there are new stores that popped up after I made the video
Where should I go for squishies?
gacha shop
But what is the name of the shop that had all those Sanrio squishies in your sinsa Dong vlog?:)) sorry for so many questions
What is the price range?
For cloths
Depends on the store. Anywhere from $10 to $400
Please do a recent update video please pleas pretty please
First
every store you go into looks deserted.....
I usually go to film during off hours (weekdays in the morning right when they open) and avoid the crowds. This area will be packed on weekends!
