My New Apartment in China | BARGAIN!!!

- So, I'm finally moving apartments here in China. There has been new apartment buildings being built so I decided to price them up for rent. I viewed a couple of apartments and I fell in love with this one. It's 3 bedrooms, big, nice balcony, huge living area, and the price is so cheap, the rent price includes property fees. Apartment homes in China are very cheap and affordable. The best thing is, is that its brand new. It's great to find a luxurious apartment for a great price, I still can't believe how cheap it was to rent, definitely cheaper than the prices of apartments back home in the UK.
China never stops building; they're always building new apartments and homes for people. Typically, apartments are rented furnished, which includes closets. Newer places may even have a walk-in closet, depending on the owner. In addition, the bed frame may have ample built-in storage space. Speaking of beds, mattresses in China are very hard as it's supposed to be good for your back.

this apartment is wayyyy better than the previous one. nice one man. loving the videos still💜
Yeah I agree, I like it much better my friend, glad you enjoy 🙏
Amazing spacious unit you have gotten, Mr. Araf. Delighted for you of your new place with full furnishing😊 Certainly good bargain 😊🌺
Yeah really happy with it 😊 The price is great too, especially with it being brand new 😁😊
Love your new flat... apartments in from the views I think it's great and I can imagine it'll look spectacular at night when all the lights come on! So all the best to you in your new home 🏠
Yeah I'm really happy with it thanks 😊 there's a lot of space and pretty modern which is what I was looking for, and the cheap price just topped it off 👌
I've finally moved into my new apartment. I'm already settled and happy in my new home. Paying around £400 rent a month, and thats including property fees. Gas and electric is pretty cheap compared to back home in the UK. The reasons I left the old place is because the new pace is cheaper and more convenient for work, which is great
Happy to hear that my brother araf i got a lot of friends from Uk in Morocco and also here rent an apartment is very expensive i totally agree with china has best deals in apartments Beautiful views
@@oummoufatimazahra2132 Yeah can get some big ones here for very cheap my friend 👌
I bet you won't miss stubbing your toes on those short corners in the bedroom lol
What city please?
@@beaulong Near Wuxi
Very nice, great space, and it looks like a great community. You did good.
Cheers matey! Yeah I got lucky with this one, already settled in 👌
@@arafsadventures have a great one.
1:54 You're so chaotic I love it HAHAHA always happier when I see your videos, hugs from Spain 🤍
Haha yes I'm very chaotic with everything 😂 Ah from beautiful Spain 😁 Hope the weathers good over there for you
Wow these are some damn fine apartments, I feel like I'm being robbed here in california, rent for a 1500 square foot 1 bed 1 bath is like 1,800 USD or 1,400 pounds a month!!!
Wow your old apt is really nice and it’s huge!
The views are good from tht old one
you're always talking about things I'm interested in. Thanks.
Living in apartments like this, do the neighbors above, below, or to the side get mad if you play drums loud or have a party?
Glad you enjoy the videos!
Non have got mad so far and I make loud videos sometimes 😂
Great apartment. I do prefer the views from the first one but it’s nice to have new space and a brand new apartment!!!
Yeah I know what you mean, the space is pretty nice here so makes up for the view a little 👌
The old one had a more beautiful view but this one looks so much more comfortable and useful so I'm happy for you! Wish you have a happy good life there!
And I have question about your accent bcus it's crazy cool!!?
Yeah the view in the old place was really nice, the the new place is nicer, bigger, new, and modern, thanks a lot 😊
North England haha
@@arafsadventures You're welcome! That's interesting(:
In Suzhou from January to March, the Nanshan Bamboo Sea is also worth visiting. The white ice and snow bamboo sea is a very unique spectacle.
Hopefully I can on my on my holiday 👌
@@arafsadventures Nanshan Bamboo Sea, Yixing Bamboo Sea, Da Bamboo Sea, and Mukeng Bamboo Sea are all near WuXi. The scenery is particularly beautiful in winter and summer.
Those "Shawn the sheep" lards nailed it!! I would love to have them in my yard. :D But one thing is fore sure, I would NEVER live in that high apartment! I hate heights! I managed to beat the plane travel but tall buildings... NEVER 😁😁🤣
Haha yeah I'm actually scared of heights, took me a long time to get used to living in them, I live on the 12th floor now, but before this I was on the 34th 😩😂
You mention you go to work in the morning? What do you do there? Thanks!
I teach here
I noticed in both apartments the wash machine is outside on the balcony. Is t. Here a reason they are not in the bathroom or near the kitchen?
Erm it's a good question, I just know the kitchens and bathrooms are pretty small here, and the living areas are big instead, maybe that's something to do with it
Affordable life, you can even save money and go to Yunnan, Guangxi or Guizhou provinces to buy a cheap big house, just like Jason.💰
Yeah very cheap and affordable 👌
Hi! Where can you find those apartments in Chengdu? Which is the best website for short-term rent (2 months) ?
It's galaxy apartments, I don't know if Chengdu has them, but ask the company youre with, that's what I did
I really hope I can find a place similar in Wuhan. Been in Shanghai and the prices are astronomical
I hope you do 🙏 Yeah Shanghai's prices are crazy, I have friends that live there and they say the same thing
Awesome place mate. Wondering where the location is. Ill be moving to Dongguan for a teaching job in August.
I live in a small city near Wuxi. I found that living in smaller cities is good for saving money, and yulou get more for your money, especially for rent. I love Shanghai, and I only live 2 hours away, but if I lived there I would be living in a much smaller place, and ill be paying at least double for rent. Good luck on your move!
@@arafsadventures great help thanks mate
Kind of off topic but how do you rent in china ? Where do you go ? Do you also do most of it online there ? How does that work ?
You go through an agent which will help you choose the best one for you, then you visit the properties you like
Hi Araf! May I know the name of the apartment building? It’s amazing. I’ll be moving to GZ soon, so actively home hunting. Thanks
Hi, the reason for the cheap price is the city I'm in, not the the building. I live outside of the big city so the price is dramatically down, I live 2 hours away from Shanghai, if I lived in Shanghai it would be impossible to pay this amount for this apartment, or any other big city in China
Make a video for the people living in china to know the process of getting the apartment for this cheap please
China can be so beautiful. I would kill for an apartment with a view like that in your old apartment, but in Germany these days you're lucky if you get an apartment in the basement. I'm really considering emigrating because of the increasingly tense situation in my home country, even if it hurts me somehow.
I totally understand what you're saying as I did the some thing, I left my country as it was possible to live there with the cost of living going up sky high, a lot of people are struggling to pay bills these days, it's sad
where in China is this? You sound so happy good for you!
Near Wuxi my friend 🙏
hi . could u poz tell the price in Yuan?
Around 3700 Yuan a month
I have some questions out of curiousity
1. Why are you living in China? What drew you into moving from your home country to live there?
2. Do you earn china currency or foreign currency?
3. How long have you lived in China?
4. Last question, What does living expenses look like? How affordable is housing? Or do you just rent there due to it being a "socialist communist" country?
I came for better opportunities, as I was struggling back home .
We get paid in Chinese currency.
Lived here for nearly 5 years now.
It's very cheap here, from food, to rent, to bills, very cheap, you can live without struggle here which is nice as I was struggling back home with bills, I can help my family back home from here 😊
I rent here, I'd only ever buy a place if I did it with a partner in the future.I hope I answered your questions 😊
HI ! Which website do you use to find an apartment in Changsha ? :)
I've never used a website, the staff at my job help me look for places to stay
Hi there. I loved the video, but I couldn't understand in which city are you living. I typed "Hangzhou apartments" in the RUclips search bar, but there is no information about that city in your video.
Hi there 👋 I live in Jiangyin, in Jiangsu
@@arafsadventures HI o/, thank you for clearing my doubt. Have a nice weekend.
@@jpfr012 You too my friend 🙏
Very beautiful place! Can a lot of Chinese people afford to live there too or is it too expensive for them?
I'm not sure as I'm renting, and Chinese people usually buy, I don't know about the buying prices
@@arafsadventures then it's not a bargain
It a compared to what I would pay back home, and the bills are like 10% of the price back home, it's huge savings
I honestly wanna know what the name of the apartment location is cause I'm struggling to find a good new apartment in Guangzhou Right now
I live in Wuxi mate, it's a cheap city to live in
@@arafsadventures Wuxi é a cidade da China com maior PIB per capita.
Are foreigners allowed to own a property like condos in China?
Good question mate, but I don't have a clue
Did you get a mortgage or rent? Can you get a mortgage there?
I rent mate, not a scooby
Great vlog greetings from Athens Greece 🇬🇷
Glad you enjoy 😊 Ah I'd love to go there one day as it looks great 👌
Wow, for that price you can't get anything in the UK as there aren't many rental properties in the UK currently. Also the electricity per unit is ten times more expensive than one in China. The living standard in the UK is just a joke comparing with China. However, there are some good things in the UK too.
Yeah the UK is a mess atm and its sad to see, a lot of struggle, hopefully things will get better there in the near future. Yeah I get much more for my money here in China without a doubt
Hahaha, welcome to enjoy you work and life balance in China, cheers! #strongertogether
Yeah it's been great 🙏
Please can you help with how i can rent an apartment

@@TheMacabreGamer Yeah it's hard for my family there, I'll be visiting them in the summer, can't wait!
Not exactly, in China, water, electricity , oil and gas are all operated by state-owned companies, and the government's goal is not only to make money but to make people's lives better, sometimes these companies are losing money.
完全错误,一些能源电力都是国营的,并不是达成协议后变便宜的。在俺小时候,20多年前,1度电0.5元,至今都没有变过,和俄罗斯没关系。
Dude, this is my first time watching your channel. After watching for 10 mins, don’t even know which city u r in. Even can’t find and answer in the description box.

450 pounds a month ?
Around that yes when I convert it from Chinese to British pounds

China not my choice to live to much control over what you do
You know the best thing about China is? Is that no one is forced to come and live here
The View of your old apartment is much more worth than 50 Pounds and 15 Minutes of waiting time. My Opinion
Fair, but I'm much happier here as my friends live in this community too
