Its this kind of reinforcement that keeps him trying to be funny.. hes a good guitar player but the dumb faces and bad attempts at comedy make it hard to get through a video.. Smh I swear all of you fools born in the late 90s and on are so weird and not in the good way.. in the way like, "we think things that arent funny at all are funny and things that are funny we dont get." Gen Z is by far the worst generation to ever exist.. and I thought us Millenials were bad..

You should make a video about dropping a guitar pick and then having to look for it, or a guitar pick falling into an acoustic guitar then having to shake it out, since your videos are humor based. Something that all guitarists have painfully experienced lol.

Holy crap I just had a sweep picking break through. It actually had nothing to do with your video, but I happened to be watching your video while it happened... See my problem was in thinking that holding my pick with my middle finger and thumb (as I have literally ALWAYS done for 18 years of guitar playing) would have no bearing on sweeping, because it's still the same motions. Right? WRONG! I literally in five minutes (once I got comfortable enough holding the pick with my pointer finger, certainly not as easy as one might think) have broken through what I thought was a speed barrier in my left hand. Thanks-(ish) Stevie T. I think from now on I'll just have your videos playing in the background whenever I'm playing guitar so you impart your god-level mastery of the guitar to me completely subconsciously.

Damn this is kinda wholesome but I tried learning and I was about to give up so fast then I came to the comment section and saw allllll these comments of people saying "dont give up dont give up" and "it took me a while but I kept going and now I can do it" and all that stuff and now im determined. I wont quit and I'll come back to this video If I do end up picking up how to sweep pick

I've been watching more and more of stevie t's videos....Just found him recently during a late night youtube binge....Hes really and great guitar player and his videos are not bland and boring like most....He goofs off a bunch but still playing and producing good content.....I've been playing guitar 15 plus years now (im 30) an I'm not as versatile as stevie....I use these arpeggio patterns all the time though... Especially over chord progessions....(arpeggios always sound nice over the relative chords) What's really fun to me is to harmonize them by playing an inversion pattern either above or below...For instance play 19 pull off 14 on the high E string....then 15 on the B string and 16 on the G string....That'll harmonize great with the first pattern in this video....Idk why but I noticed hes saying it's a Gdim7. It's in Bmin so I believe it would be a C#dim7....which it's technically the same notes. C#, E, G, A#......Litterally the only difference is what you call it.....So the chord proggression goes.....Bmin, Amaj, C#dim7, Bmin, Emin, Bmin, F#maj, F#maj.....Sorry if I'm comming off as a stickler for theory....I just noticed and figured I'd mention it....

This is so helpful man. I've been playing for 16 years (all self taught) and have just recently started trying to teach myself how to sweep pick which has been an adventure since most of my lead work I've ever done was blues based which only goes so far playing in drop A with my metal project I've started and arpeggios are something I never took the time to learn early on this has been one of the best exercises I've found...since most of them I find are 5 string sweeps which for the record suck balls to learn as a first attempt at sweeping😆
