The 3-3 is awesome! Went through a crisis too and switched playbooks to the chiefs randomly and started trying the 3-3. Try shifting your LBs left and right against the run you’ll get one if your OLB to line up at the line. Also spreading the LBs when you guess pass is pretty good too

If you have an X-factor for a TE, he’s great. Otherwise, I use Matchup Nightmare, Bo, and his BND for run blocking 3 TE formations.
