Why didn’t you show how they actually work?
A friend gave us your #2 pitter. We tried it today. It is a piece of junk and we are sending it to the dump. I was looking for some real demonstrations of pitters in action. Not here. Glad I fast forwarded the slide show!

I would liked to have seen the cherries after they were pitted.
Update. I bought one. The cherries are pitted and they are left whole. The stone pops out of the bottom. Suggest (rubber) gloves because they are juicy. An apron could be a good idea to avoid cherry stains on your clothes. Also it helps to use one hand to press and the other to hold under the cherry because the pits pop out and can zoom off in their own direction, not necessarily in the bowl. After I pitted all my cherries...I just ate them🍒

Lol. Fake. No video, just images grabbed off the Net. No one comes to RUclips to see a slideshow, and we both know it.
These were single cherry pitters and live-action demonstrations. Not very helpful for me.
