    Hi Varsha.. just came across your videos and realised that your channel is a great way to look into what is actually going on with the market.
    But can you please make a video on how to brush up our knowledge if we have taken a year gap from the job. That will be really helpful. Thank you 🙏

    Ma'am can you please elaborate about the salary of a fresher in the field of HR. Actually I'm highly criticized for choosing hr as a career as most of the time people say it's a low paid job with less opportunities.

    Mam plzz guide on the courses we should take up to build a our profile and prepare for interview if we look for getting admission in a HR college for mba

    • @thehrdestination
      @thehrdestination  Год назад

      Dear, the best thing to show in these interviews is that, you already are aware of how things work in HR and you want to join the college to sharpen your skills and be a successful management professional.. if you sit there showing zero sign of awareness about the subject/filed your choosing, that will not give very good impression...
      When a candidate says, "I would love to work as a HR", the first thing interviewer thinks is that, "do you even know, what work is done in HR?"..
      So please try to get into practical side of HR, get to know the skills(no need to master at them), just make sure you are aware that this is how things work, or this is the task of a HR.
      So keep learning from real HR people, who have exp and knowledge.. All the best!!

    If someone started with 1.8 lpa then what will be the salary after 5 years

    • @thehrdestination
      @thehrdestination  Год назад

      Dear, it can be 50L also or it can be 5L also... the salary after 5 years depends on what you did in those 5 years.

      No dear, HR Operations is "entry level" profile of HR Generalist.

      Usually anywhere between 25L to 50L, though a lot depends on the person's caliber and the type of company the person is working with.
