The leg you have lasso with…. On the dump sweep- are you lifting hard with that leg or is it more the switch of the hips that makes the sweep work?

Basically, they stay suuuuper low and back and hide the left sleeve and use that to base out when you try to sweep them to that side as opposed to raising their hips like your UKE was doing.
